Just finished and just going to say “meh’ - not horrible, but not great either. Hated the set design and styling of this one and those horrible bangs on the ML - yuck! Liked the FL - too may side-stories to care about. Story itself its too bad - just didn’t feel it was executed all that great.

Overall, I found this mostly enjoyable. If they could have just focused on the main leads story and not all the other side-stories - it would have been better. Could have done without the first story arc - it was just stupid. Once you get into the second arc - it gets better. Could have TOTALLY done without the Lord Emperor/Niece story - was just so ridiculous - the sad little , pouting puppy following the guy around - this character was just pointless. Ending was dragged out and then their coming back together too short. More Mark Chao in long hair please!

Cannot emphasize enough how poorly written this is. I like most of the actors that are in it - but this is just poorly written and executed. It’s like they took every bad kdrama trope for a rom/com murder mystery and put them all together to make this.
And, seriously can we get the ML pants that fit!

Yeah, seriously, no chemistry.. and its not so much the age thing as they are both adults, its the maturity level - its like having a teenager maturity (FL) and a adult (ML) dating - it just doesn’t work

I came here for Satoh (and I will finish it because of him)- but seriously, the FL - I just cant. The mousey young girl who falls for an older guy because he basically smiled at her and patted her on the head - decides to then go into a profession - not because she wants to help people, but because she wants to ‘get close to the guy’ - and then she is just dumb, not even very good at the job, totally unprofessional, apologizes every five minutes, is an insecure child and never shuts up! I just do not understand in any-way-shape or form what the attraction is here
On the flip side - I also dont get her attraction to him either - he is not very nice to her, calls her an idiot most of the time and looks like he is just annoyed with her throughout most of the show. And most of the time the are together - she looks likes she is just terrified and ready to jump out of her skin - again, how is this an appealing relationship or story

Anyone have a good place to watch his stuff - so much of it isn’t available anywhere

I am not getting all the hate for this drama - I thought it was superbly done, paced well and all the actors did a really good job. The only character I could have done without was the assistant - but the rest of the characters were done very well. I do hope they do a season 2, but not holding my breath.

Seriously, she is the worst - the over-obsession with getting her daughter married is just annoying and beyond ridiculous

Seriously one of the most annoying FL characters - sticking her nose into everything, cant make up her mind, can’t be honest about how she feels, is kind of stupid most of the time, overly responsible for other peoples lives - dont really get the appeal of this character. ML - stiff acting, not much depth here. Found the other F4 members more appealing.

Oh, its not a complaint about this particular character or actress - it is a general statement about women who speak with a baby voice - and yes, you can do something about it. - its called vocal training. This isn’t culturally specific - women all over the world do this. GIrls are taught at an early age that this is somehow attractive and how women should speak - so that’s what they train themselves to do. - so it can definitely be unlearned. She clearly can speak in a normal voice as she does it when she switches bodies..
And I would be just as annoyed by women who speak 8 octaves higher than normal (I just dont watch JDramas)

Just started and not sure I can take the pouty, ‘baby’ voice of the FL for 36 episodes - seriously, can we stop with making grown-ass women talk like children

Good story and ML was fantastic, as well as the Dad. It’s super-slow, so be prepared. A little tired of the girl from the poor family that they like to dress poorly/frumpily and the bad haircut

Good story, like both the leads, thought the music really helped to set the mood. Editing was a bit choppy - which is the only thing that made it kind of weird, but overall, a good watch.

Just adding my two stents about how on point this review was - bravo!

I think I have lost a few brain cells watching this drama - seriously, one of the dumbest ones I have see.

Just finished and would just say - this is super-cute and I LOVE that they centered a drama around woman with autism . Beyond that, there isn’t that much to it and I certainly wouldn’t call it a ‘masterpiece’ - its enjoyable, but, beyond the main character, not that memorable. The cases/trials get repetitive and I found myself ff through most of them in the end. I will echo many of the other comments that I wish more time had been spent on her relationship with the ML and the challenges for both a person with autism and the person who likes them - this was a waisted opportunity.

I also wanted to know more about why Seon Young hates Si Moo so much - what’s the story here.
Side characters were pretty lovely - especially Lawyer Jung.

Struggling to finish this one - predictable plot line, FL who spends 90% of the show glaring at everyone, gets super-draggy - have fast-fowarded through so much of it - just waiting to get to the end. Have lost interest in most of the characters - with the exception of Master Lee - just want to see how it ends at this point, given all the hype on the ending.

Just finished it and would say - meh. Not bad, but not good either. Ok to watch as long as you have no expectations - just something slightly whimsical with a murder mystery on the side. Sadly - a typical kdrama that starts off strong, drags through the middle and then a sloppy ending. No real chemistry between leads and a bunch of plot holes - but still kind of fun to watch. No need for a rewatch though. Also getting really tired of the poorly written FL characters who are supposed to be bad-ass, but are really just bad at their jobs, kind of dumb, and cause most of the problems.

Seriously could not stand the Uee character - she was just stupid and let herself be used and manipulated, ran around like a sad puppy trying to be someone she is clearly not nor should be. She is that super- clingy friend who just wont go away, doesn’t listen to anything you say - thinks they know you, but not really, says they want to help you - but wont do what you ask them and then plays martyr about the whole thing - keeps running around doing stuff that just makes things worse, but then wont stop because they think they are helping or trying to ‘save’ you. This character made it soooo hard to get through the entire thing - found her kind of pointless and didn’t add much to the story., just plain annoying. Ended up fast-forwarding through most of the past where she involved.

I sooo wanted to like this -but this is getting so bad in the second half. Can we please stop with the innocent civilian with no experience or ability to defend themselves chasing after the bad guy on their own and being just so dumb about it all. And the secondary character who seems to able to get people to let him into police stations, evidence rooms and the what not with no clear reasoning - jeebus - just stop it - can we please get better writers.
