Good story, like both the leads, thought the music really helped to set the mood. Editing was a bit choppy - which is the only thing that made it kind of weird, but overall, a good watch.

I think I have lost a few brain cells watching this drama - seriously, one of the dumbest ones I have see.
On Extraordinary Attorney Woo Sep 2, 2022
Just finished and would just say - this is super-cute and I LOVE that they centered a drama around woman with autism . Beyond that, there isn’t that much to it and I certainly wouldn’t call it a ‘masterpiece’ - its enjoyable, but, beyond the main character, not that memorable. The cases/trials get repetitive and I found myself ff through most of them in the end. I will echo many of the other comments that I wish more time had been spent on her relationship with the ML and the challenges for both a person with autism and the person who likes them - this was a waisted opportunity.

I also wanted to know more about why Seon Young hates Si Moo so much - what’s the story here.
Side characters were pretty lovely - especially Lawyer Jung.

Struggling to finish this one - predictable plot line, FL who spends 90% of the show glaring at everyone, gets super-draggy - have fast-fowarded through so much of it - just waiting to get to the end. Have lost interest in most of the characters - with the exception of Master Lee - just want to see how it ends at this point, given all the hype on the ending.
On Café Minamdang Aug 29, 2022
Just finished it and would say - meh. Not bad, but not good either. Ok to watch as long as you have no expectations - just something slightly whimsical with a murder mystery on the side. Sadly - a typical kdrama that starts off strong, drags through the middle and then a sloppy ending. No real chemistry between leads and a bunch of plot holes - but still kind of fun to watch. No need for a rewatch though. Also getting really tired of the poorly written FL characters who are supposed to be bad-ass, but are really just bad at their jobs, kind of dumb, and cause most of the problems.

Seriously could not stand the Uee character - she was just stupid and let herself be used and manipulated, ran around like a sad puppy trying to be someone she is clearly not nor should be. She is that super- clingy friend who just wont go away, doesn’t listen to anything you say - thinks they know you, but not really, says they want to help you - but wont do what you ask them and then plays martyr about the whole thing - keeps running around doing stuff that just makes things worse, but then wont stop because they think they are helping or trying to ‘save’ you. This character made it soooo hard to get through the entire thing - found her kind of pointless and didn’t add much to the story., just plain annoying. Ended up fast-forwarding through most of the past where she involved.

I sooo wanted to like this -but this is getting so bad in the second half. Can we please stop with the innocent civilian with no experience or ability to defend themselves chasing after the bad guy on their own and being just so dumb about it all. And the secondary character who seems to able to get people to let him into police stations, evidence rooms and the what not with no clear reasoning - jeebus - just stop it - can we please get better writers.

Overall, this is a good, slow-paced drama (if you like that kind of thing). I was left with a few questions at then end that just didn’t make sense to me.
1. Why does he lie to her about his mother?
2. Why does she run off at the end?
Pointless pieces - the divorcee aunt - just serves NO purpose, somewhat the same with the uncle
Missed opportunities - more time on cousins relationship, less time on hospice stories (they just became repetitive
Otherwise, this is good story about loss, death and healing.

Title Kiss Sixth Sense Spoiler
Just finished, not bad - although, the last 15 minutes of bickering made no sense and just kind of ruined the whole thing. It’s one things to show a realistic relationship where you have fights, but this is ridiculous - to get mad over him not being able to find her phone for her - come on! Just felt like she was unnecessarily picking fights with him for no reason. She couldn’t seem to adjust to him not having his senses anymore - not that we should be surprised, given she never adjusted to her own powers after having them most of her life.
I just hate this kind of female character - playing the victim throughout most of the story, never learns from previous actions and just keeps doing the same thing over and over (they give three very specific examples of showing that she misinterprets her visions and yet, she just keeps doing the same thing). The female lead who is terrified of her own shadow, the - lets get in a relationship - but dont’ tell anyone trope, playing the martyr - just hate it! She is more compelling when she is smart and competent and fully engaged in the relationship where they talk to each other and work through whatever is going on (hence, why the ending doesn’t work - its like they just stopped talking each other and started nit-picking about everything)
Then there is the mom/parent trope of not wanting to deal with the childhood trauma - ‘I just did it for you’ - no, you did it for yourself.
Again, for the most part - not a bad watch -just another example of a kdrama where they screwed up the ending.

I didn't understand the last part.... So did FL get her memories back in the end? (bc her hair in the last scene)
Maybe - open for interpretation - not so much the hair, but that she remembered the symbols in the church garden

Just finished, seen worse, but this is pretty bad. I only plodded through because I just like to finish if I can - but would not recommend. Ridiculously stupid in the beginning, and draggy through the end - just get to the end already! Personal pet-peeves of the extreme height difference (when the FL has to stand on their tippy-toes just to hug the ML - drives me nuts!), bad haircuts and the bad wig at the end - ugh!

Another drama where they were going pretty good until the last two episodes - this is becoming the norm, unfortunately , in Kdramas. Still dont get why they killed Kang in the end - so not necessary and doesn’t actually fit with the story. Rest of its fun to watch if you like mahjang’s

On Doctor Lawyer Jul 25, 2022
My god, what crap writing. You had a stellar cast and just waisted them all. So sad for SJS’s return to the small screen. Let’s hope his big screen return is much better and I hope whatever he does next (and I hope we don’t have to wait another 4 yrs) is something worthy of his talents.

Have been waiting a long 4 years to see SJS back on the small and large screens this year - just started Doctor Lawyer and have a seen a few press clips - is it just me or does he look worn out? The usual sparkle in his eyes seems to be missing and he just looks worn out/ tired , pale and even a bit out shape (doesn’t seem the same fit/slim guy as normal). And if I am not mistaken - looks like they even dyed his hair (which didn’t help). Don't get me wrong - still love him - was just struck by the marked difference in his look since Terrius

On Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol Jul 18, 2022
Why do they write female characters this way? What is so endearing about being so self-centered and stupid. It’s not just that she is naive - its that she is just dumb. I am at episode 7 and I just don’t think I can take any more of her idiocy. And, given reading reviews and comments which indicate an absolute mess of the last 2-3 episodes - probably going to drop this one (which is a rarity for me - I usually stick it out, but I am getting so sick of this type of female characters in kdramas and the bad endings)

Title Be Melodramatic Spoiler
Overall this was enjoyable and I would recommend it. As usual, the ending ruined it. I agree with other posters that there should have been more time given to Eun Jung and Sang Soo - this was truly the most interesting couple in the end. Also didn’t like how they ended things with Jae Hoon and Han Joo - this was incredibly disappointing. Also agree on this front about Jae Hoon and his ex - no frickin way! Could not believe they tried to make him the bad guy in that at the end. And, agreed that waaayyy too much time given to the Jon Joo/Beom Soo relationship that becomes very stale and uninteresting after they get together. They did a great job with all the supporting characters and relationships - usually that can become at tangled mess - but it worked here. Also would have liked to have seen more with Eun Jung’s brother and his relationship - this was great character and wanted to know more .
On The Fiery Priest Jul 9, 2022
Meh, it was ok. Could have done this in half the time. Story was ok, could have done without all the stupid, slapstick humor, didn’t really add anything. Also could have done without the Catholic Church angle. - as an institution that is just as currupt - kind of hard to buy into a priest from such an institution being the savior of everyone.
