I mean safe place as in completely out of harm's way. Take the someone chasing you as an example again. You could hide in an alleyway or maybe like these kids, in a room or roof. That's still not safe because that person is still looking for you. You'd still be in danger and terrified for your life. While hiding, are you going to be looking for food and water? No. Other than stabbing/killing the MOFO, you're going to be looking for the police or a public place with a lot of people where you can eventually contact the police -- same as the characters here.
The one girl was in a storage room full of food and drinks. The music room was safe at the time, but someone dangerous still came in. You always face that risk while you're hiding. As long as they were in that school, they could never be completely safe.
Going to be honest- I liked the start and I like the end..... BUT most of the time I am think "why would they…
If you're in danger, you only think about getting out of harm's way. Like if someone was chasing you, you keep going until you get to a safe place. You're not really thinking about eating or drinking at the moment. They were mainly focused on getting out of there for the most part... hence prioritizing getting a phone and calling for help.
I'm watching this to the end for sure, because I love all the characters. The first 2 eps are kinda slow though, because both the guys are keeping secrets.
I started watching this for Got/Green, but Fluke/Grace are doing a great job in their roles, too. I really like how they have the 2 couples here to contrast each other.
Okay, I'm now at ep 4 and they are making a toilet. Tell me, they are joking! There was a garbage can in the room.…
I was thinking the same thing. Why not poop/pee and toss it out the side of the window. The dude wanted to do a #2 out the window anyway, and it seem like their only concern was falling while doing so. The only reason I could think of is that they didn't want attract attention from the zombies outside with the smell.
Overall, I really like this show. I finished it in less than a day but I wish the bully and the bullied girl meet…
For real. Gwi Nam and the bullied girl should have gone at it. Gwi Nam is basically the person who incited this mess, and the girl is what the scientist would have wanted his son to become.
Ep 4 - Cho x Phing sweetest episode ever. Things seem to be going way too easy for Phing so far. I think this is the calm before the storm, and we may be up for some heartbreaking eps ahead.
Most Thai people believe in God and if you don’t like that then maybe watch western dramas? I am sure you will…
The movie and series "Lah" is also from Thailand and a highly regarded classic that was not only popular before many of us were born but is still popular when it got remade during our time. They definitely don't preach any god and letting karma handle things. Not a single Thai person thought that the victim taking justice into her own hands is wrong.
Or if you want a more recent example, "The Revenge", is another.
All you would need to do is read the Thai comments to see what Thais really feel about the matter. While most Thais are buddhists and the concept of karma and reincarnation are prominent in the religion, most Thais wouldn't see someone being oppressed or violently harmed and think it's sinful for them to fight back, because they should let karma handle things instead.
My heart breaks for Lilly and Sonar so hard. That ending of Lilly and Leila really shows that even after everything that happened, Lilly always wanted her sister's love. Her heaven was being able to talk to her sister. I wonder if their parents hadn't played favorites, would Leila have been a better sister?
I'm glad that for the brief period of time they had together, Sonar was able to be the big sister she never had.
Damn. I feel like my heart got ripped out and stomped on.
I didn't like the message in the end though. I feel like it cheapened what happened to the characters which was horrifying and traumatic. And for them to go hurr durr god, is a slap to their faces and the viewers who sympathize with them.
Mac who did nothing wrong and who was right to be mad at Bew got killed to make Nest confess the truth. A truth…
Unless something gets revealed about him, Dan is possibly the only innocent person and the boat guy. I’m not sure about Mac, since he’s supporting Leila in killing everyone. Also, while he seems like a nice guy, he's willing to do anything for Leila as well. He outted Nest not knowing for sure whether she leaked the clip and while knowing why she's lying about her leg. That kinda surprised me, and I thought was a scumbag move.
Dan went after Bew, because he thought Bew killed Lilly. So far, he seems to genuinely love Lilly. I don’t know why she doesn’t care about the guy. And Bew basically betrayed and killed the only person who cared about him out of his own selfishness.
Ken living is probably a bigger punishment for him than dying. He’ll live with the guilt that he’s part of the reason the love of his life died. And while Plato was alive, he was not only too selfish and a coward to love him, he boasted about sleeping with a girl and dated her in front of him. Plato deserved better, but I guess it’s not easy letting go of someone you love but also isn’t good for you.
I feel that Gel is a bigger bully than Fone, and Fone just goes along with whatever Gel says. Highly doubt she’ll live regretting Fone dying. Her character is just so insignificant to me to the point that I don’t care whether she lives or dies.
Sonar and Lilly’s only out might be death together at this point. They don’t deserve to go to jail, and I don’t know if the insanity defense will protect them in their world. If people are like the teacher, Ken, Plato and Bozo who chose to turn a blind eye, there isn't a world for them to go back to that would help them.

Can't wait to see those who ruined her kind family get what's coming to them. Destroy them, Ping girl.
