What ep and time is the f slur? I understand Thai and don't remember it. Could be the translation? I know "meng" and "hia" is used a lot, but the f word is a bit strong for either of those words. But a translator can't really drop a paragraph explaining every word either.
Wait. Main couple, second couple....there is romance in this? There is no romance genre or tag added so I assumed…
Well, there's so much violence that the romance doesn't really register most of the time. But there is an obvious main couple (love triangle) and second couple going on.
If you're looking for a romance, this is probably not for you. This is more a story about the fl overcoming obstacles, how she deals and moves on from them. No one is the main ml. All the mls are playing support to her. Although she's with a lot of guys, it's not like Lhong Fai imho. That's how the original story went, and I hope the creators don't try to make a Lhong Fai out of this to recreate its success. I personally could not finish that story.
Chan is a far more interesting male character than the ML. They could kill him off, and I would be relieved I wouldn't have to watch his stupidity anymore.
Pat just gets killed? That's such a cop out. Guy deserves to be the ladyboy in the slammer or a brothel for the things he's done to women.
Chan needs to save this and kill off his family other than his sister. Or Nawin kills Chan after finding out he planned his brothers' deaths. And Nawin kills himself, having realized he raised the dog who killed his sons and ends up killing the only one he had left.
So satisfying to see Chan turn his back on his family. He has more sense than Wee, and he’s blood. I’m totally expecting Pope to plan his death, and the dad suffering from seeing his kids kill each other.
The second couple is more interesting than the main one. Kate is the only thing carrying that couple. Wee is the dumbest male lead to ever grace my screen. Every time more things are revealed about what happened to Prae, the more I hate him and wonder why she loved him. The guy basically enabled what happened to her.
I hope to see Pat and Pope put in their place, not just jail or death. They deserve a lot more than that. Nawin needs to see both their downfalls and not being able to do anything about it.
If straight dramas got the same percentage of these kinds of endings as lesbian shows/movies gets, noone would…
Club Friday would like to have a word.
I'm not a fan of sad GL endings either, but there's probably a reason we keep getting them. One strong one I can think of is being a contender for film awards. Although Carol broke the GL sad ending award mold, it's also led by 2 popular female leads. Without them, would it have won awards with a happy ending? Maybe directors feel like awards will help the community gain recognition, but I don't think so. They've been doing it for decades -- the same stories with slight variations and of course the same sad endings. And yet, we haven't progressed much at all in terms of true acceptance.
vee is the dumb like why does he trust his step father instead of kate when he is clearly lying to him i was soo…
It's totally obvious the dad messed up Vee's family somehow and proceeds to use Vee like a dog. It's so satisfying whenever Kate calls Vee an obedient dog too, because he is.
I hope Vee doesn't kill the brothers. That would be too easy for them. I hope they receive the same amount of pain they've done to others, if not more.
WeTV really putting out stories different from the typical Thai dramas which is a good thing. Nice to see the…
Y'all brace yourselves for episode 4. I can't wait to see the scumbag brothers get exactly what they've been doing to others. Like EXACTLY the same. The youngest needs to get it from multiple dudes until he dies.
Unfortunately, Vee is a stupid male lead up until this point, and I hope he redeems himself.
And how does this dude raise his kids where half of them are kinda ok and the other half are psychopaths.
WeTV really putting out stories different from the typical Thai dramas which is a good thing. Nice to see the cast, especially Mook, branch out from their usual roles, too.
Ramnam was pure evil. besides the affair and tormenting others, she almost killed 3 people? why'd she get a happy…
Because many people aren't all black and white. We're shades of grey and have made mistakes. What we experience in our childhood can follow us well into adulthood. I think her ending is refreshing from all the typical thai dramas involving this kind of storyline. And I think she's been punished more than enough.

If this was anything like True Beauty plot-wise (does TB even have a plot), I would have dropped it.
