Ep 6. Angst is definitely coming. For now Zhi and Jianxu are separated because back to him hometown he goes. I also feel like that new girl is gonna be trouble. I’m getting ex vibes from her. I heard ep 7 is rather angst. Here I go 😂
episodes 7 & 8'............ Neither want a divorce now haha. Both are starting to develop feelings <3. I love Yuru's business savy and when she can't handle the problems, she has her husband to help her. Really liking this sense of female empowerment in the series. YR is tough, smart and business savvy but still has her vulnebility, I like that about her. I like how both Yuru and Juisi put Ye'shian in his place. Too late tol try and do anything sir. He had plenty of time to marry Yuru if he really wanted to and he never had the courage to fight for her. So nah, spare me the: "you are not a worthy husband." attitude from him to Jiusi. JS's line about adoring his wife had me swooning. Again, he's already a great husband and is getting a good character arc. I have a theory about who Luo Zi Shang is but i'm probably way off. This series gets better and better. The plot seems to be moving full speed ahead, I'm ready.
Watched eps 3 & 4 I'm glad Chowon actually likes Doyoon but obviously likes Seoha as a friend or family member so she cares about him too. Chowon senses something with Jieum. I think she'll figure out that JE was also Joowon. I don't know what Doyoon is doing but for now he seems really shady to me. He's playing both Seoha and his father. Unless he's doing that to protect SH. Seoha can see Joowon too but of course he won't believe that Jieum is her reencarnation or maybe he will? I'm not sure. The scene of Jieum and her imaginary mother almost made me cry. I teared up hard. Did Jieum lose her mopther in one of her past lives and that's who she's really looking for in all her next lives? and who's that mysterious young man that showed up? He seems villainous but seemed to recognize JE too. Hmm....
ep 5. Jiaxu looked kinda of jealous to me. But I guess it was more of an overprotective brother thing. Because right now he does seem her as a younger sister. Ps. I want to learn physics by Jiaxu's method.
How old are Kawi and. Pisaeng supposed to be in the past? 18 or 20? Because at first it was said it was 12 years later the future but now most of them say 10 years. At least that’s wat present Pisaeng said in ep 3. That’s why I’m confused 😂
ep 4. ah the sweetness of first love. Lusi is soo good I really believe that she's a 17 year old lovesick teen. Zheru is the worst at least she's gone now. I love how Yan and Jiuxu defended Zhi from the bullies.
I think Kawi is falling in love with Pisaeng. It's just he's doing it unknowingly lol. The end of ep 5 signified feelings to me. Those heart eyes mean more than just friendship. He definitely realized how much Pisaeng means in his life and how much he's been there for Kawi. And let's not forget how he dropped everything to run to him after he received Pisaeng's text. That's something huge For a man that's very much in denial still, his feelings for Pisaeng won't leave him alone either. Then we have the preview for ep 6 he looks in love but confused. All I know is that the next episode is gonna be intense for sure.
Kawii is in denial stage. He has feelings for Pisaeng. It's so clear.
Yup he's had them for awhile I think. In ep 4 he almost let Pisaeng kiss him after that heated fight. Why? He's definitely attracted. But since he's got Pear goggles he hasn't really realized those feelings yet- yet. or has he???? the end of ep 5 made it seem like he realized something.
Just finished episode 6. I love how Yuru is finding her purpose outside of her marriage and the life she was used to before. Good for Jiusi making her see that men and women are equal. That all people should have a real purpose in life. I also loved how they were bonding this episode before he put his foot in it. The journey to love is very well done.
I love everything about this show. The acting, the chemistry, the characters and their journeys, the music, the visuals & the writing: just all of it. When Be My Favorite was first announced I never thought I'd love it this much. Or that for me it would be the best BL of 2023 so far. I hope it keeps the rhythm till the end because something this good doesn't deserve to be ruined later.

Same! The Starry Love is my favorite this year. While Destined is creeping up on me. It's so good. I watch BL too so I'd put Be My Favorite, TSL and Destined as my top favorites of the year. Hidden Love is good but I'm not as obsessed so far eventho I love Lusi.
