Can't wait for this one! Just finished ADWAD which was one of the best dramas this year! I have a feeling this one may be included in my top of '25 too. It's from my favorite director, has one of my favorite actors in it with that alone, I already know I'm going to love it. Hopefully it does air in August as rumored.

Honestly it was so good! When I saw the trailer for it I expected something less deep and good. For me it's tied with Moonlight Mystique for best drama of 2025. Now I wait for Fated Hearts (same director as MM, so I know it will be good) The Legend of Female General and Eternal Fragrance.

" Acording to those who understand Chinese & Chinese citizens at the end once SXY wakes up the title of the drama she was reading is now: "A Dream within a Dream." The subs for whatever reason didn't translate this and left it as "A Dream Inside Quining." still.

NH from the story book coming to her world while NF still exists. 4. NF always being NH inside the story book but without his real-world memories,

4. NH the one we knew to be the fictional character transmigrating into NF's body to be with his love.
So many versions we can take LOL. If you pick one, it works because in the end all of those have their love for SXY in common will fight for that love and for their destiny together.

I saw clips of her and FEUD and I’m sorry but that was bad. Drama def not for me. Anyway BL’s costumes were ugly there compared to her beautiful ones in Moonlight Mystique or Li Yi Tong’s here.
Can someone ask the director if he can explain that post credit scene? Oth would he? I think he wanted to leave us with that big question on what version of NH it is 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Maybe in the end it doesn’t matter? What matters is that he’s here and they are continuing to fight for their love and against their fate as fictional characters.

No. They were two different persons. Since NH transmigrated into NF’s body then the real NF ceased to exist. Just like original SYM ceased to exist once SXY took over. Which I think we’re meant to believe that’s why Nan Heng’s portal comes out of the building symbolizing that now that he’s in this world original Nan Feng disappeared. No longer two separate people after NH’s coming to SXY’s world there’s only him now. There’s so many different takes on the ending. I love it! Anything we want to believe makes perfect sense. What matters that anyway you look at it he’s Nan Heng and their love was real.

After rewatching the ending. It makes complete sense. NH coming thru the portal mens even if fictional characters they’ll keep fighting against that and that makes them more than real. Darn subs not registering the drama name change once SYM transmigrated back to her world. That was very important.
