I do think that Youqin already loved Yetan when he died. There were these little moments where it was obvious. That’s why it was so easy for his shards to love her too. Not sure if he was aware of it tho. I can’t wait to see how he is once he becomes one again.

On ep 13. I’m glad that the uncle accepted Heran’s relationship with Xiao Han and basically told her she’s free to do what she wants. No one should control her life. I felt bad for the mom this episode. She has a lot on her shoulders doesn’t know how t handle it at times but I guess it’s understandable. At least she’s loosened the noose on Ran’s neck. Next episode starts her story with Zhan Yuan Qi

Lol we are chatty. And those are the reasons I’m enjoying this so much too. I always have trouble getting into Chinese dramas but this one I liked from the get go.

I think they'd had better results writing good plots more than relying on stars to carry the dramas. Sometimes the dramas are so bad that no big names can save them.

Me too :(. Haven't liked a drama like this since Alchemy of Souls ended. The good ones always end so fast.

Exactly! This drama us what I call Lightning in a bottle. It had no idols and newish actors but it’s so good that it was a hit. Amazing, I’m just happy for them that they are getting the success deserved.

Sorry I know comparisons aren’t good and all but… I can’t help and compare Prince Ji Hwan to Jang Uk(AoS). Yes different stories(better written too it seems) and all but Ukie without knowing Naksu at all and hearing stories of what she’d done he always trusted her. He never thought ill of her even when he may have had reason to. When she does what she does at the end of part 1 he knew that there must have been a reason for it. He loved & trusted her that much. Now the Prince, granted he doesn’t have those feelings for Jae Yi, I think he knows her well enough to know whether she’s lying or not. To trust a stupid letter from someone he never met… and knows may be lying from what JY had told him? I’m sorry but that’s stupid. He doesn’t have evidence either way yet believes the worst. Sure he’s learned not to trust anyone easily,but this isn’t trust issues: this is stupidity. He’s supposed to be smart yet….. Honestly I prefer protagonists like Jang Uk than the Prince. I hope his writing improves later.

Surprising that Tv stations don't air Xianxia on tv. I thought that they did :). Usually iTV stations in my country do air fantasy, surprised. Knowing that then that Its airing on TV is huge and very good for TSL.

ah ok. just heard that the bigger dramas in China were usually left for Summer. But if they don't usually air Xianxia on tv well then that's huge.

Netflix may pick it up. I noticed that they release popular and successful Chinese dramas. This one is both so just have to wait and see.
