Just coming here again to say that I love how healthy & equal Sean and White's relationship ended up being compared to other airing BL's. *looking at you Cutie Pie.* I guess that's another reason why it's so hard for me to get over this series. sigh. And for the record I can watch toxic couples and sorta enjoy them at times for the soap opera angle and the chemistry but I prefer the non toxic ones.

Ok I can sorta agree about Enchante with that point XD. And yes they messed up a lot at the end. Oh Cutie Pie is def gonna trend because of one scene in particular. But the fact that Lian and Kuea are a mess can't be denied. This episode highlighted it even more.
This episode highlighted all the problems Lian and Kuea still have. They are a mess . And, really I can't blame Kuea for not trusting Lian. Lian's sudden change is confusing especially after he's played Kuea so much. His motives are all over the place concerning Kuea. And his explanation for hurting Kuea with the: "I don't love you." Made no sense. Sure, want to show him your love thru actions? ok but don't hurt him with your words first. *Facepalm* That being said tho: Nunew & Zee have ton of chemistry. Got to say that New was pretty comfortable (IMO) and I sensed no awkwardness from him at all. For a newbie he did well in that scene. Diao and Yi- Better development but he needs to tell Diao the truth. Their date was cute. Nuer and Syn are the less messy out of the three but the ones I don't feel at all. Diao and Kuea are friendship goals. Also wtf is Lian doing? that preview: nope. Cutie Pie is such a Mexican telenovela LOL.

This is me. Typically I don't watch too many sorta toxic series but this one caught my attention. And even though it's problematic for the most part I'm enjoying the story. Flaws and all.
MDL is homophobic and it shows, they never set a BL higher than 8
True, Not Me reached 9.0 then suddenly it was back to 8.5 then 8.7 and finally stayed at 8.5 despite the good ratings/reviews that series has. Now the same is happening with KP. MDL is glaringly obvious. The only series that has stayed 9.0 is The Untamed and only because that's not considered BL but bromance & Wuxia.

Bravo! Great post IA 100%... sadly MDL has become so toxic lately that you find those type of people commenting on practically all sections. The best is to eiher block or try to ignore them. I already blocked quite a few on here and it's safer for state of mind. I'm all for free speech+ criticism which is fine. Different opinions too as long as there's no attacking others for their opinions. It bugs me tho that those posters tend to ruin the comment sections for others that want to talk about the show. That was way more toxic than this yet it's still highly popular and one of the most loved. Like????? I know different types for everyone but me? I just couldn't get into it no matter how hard I tried. This one I can enjoy for what it is.
BTW Dunk is an example that sometimes GMMTV can cast a good newbie in a series. So far, he was pretty good and natural. Let's see how he handles the emotional/emoting scenes later.

Well this was surprisingly good. After the mess that was the previous series I was iffy but I was surprised by the pacing and story in the first episode. I guess since it's a shorter series it moves faster. Also both Nuea and Klen are likable. Not exactly what I expected it is similar to Theory of Love but not at the same time nope. The trailer made it seem like it was gonna be more similar to TOL than it is. I liked it. DunkJoong have natural chemistry I thought their scenes weren't awkward. Daonuea is a sweetheart and Klen gives me Sarawat vibes haha. Hmm so now it's 8 episodes instead of 6? That means that the whole series may actually be 16 episodes instead of 12. Or part 2 is only 4 episodes ??? we will see. So far I give the beginning an 8. Let's see if it holds up and doesn't fall apart in the end like Enchante did.
