I find it so funny that Tsukiga always tries to catch them out when they’re slacking off but then he turns up when they’ve stumbled across the bad guy lol. I was a little offended by how good they allll looked tbh

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I got some butterflies in the first few episodes when they were doing it too but unfortunately they didn’t last and I’m not sure why. It’s interesting to see how people can be affected differently emotionally by the same series. I’m glad you enjoyed it so much and thank you for still respecting my opinion :)

Thank you, no ones pounced on me thankfully but I think like we’ve been saying it’s because I’ve been putting my opinions across respectfully so the replies are respectful too, I’ve definitely seen some people who deserved it get chewed out though haha

Yeah and it's a shame because a lot of interesting conversations can happen when two people with differing views are willing to listen to each other instead of just blindly following their own opinion

I'm glad you enjoyed the series! I've found it quite interesting to see how some people talk about their views of ATOTS as if it's the only valid opinion. I'm glad mdl is mainly a place where you can express your honest opinions about series and movies as long as you do it in a respectful way, I think it makes for some great discussions when both sides are willing to listen and not just impose their own view :)

Personally I enjoyed this series an average amount and I probably fit into the description of people you mentioned lol, but I understand why people enjoyed it as much as they did and if so many people rated it highly enough that it gained such a high rating then who am I as a single person to say whether the series deserves it or not. I think some people need to learn to distinguish between them not liking a series and the series actually being rubbish, because they can be two very separate things

I guess maybe we all just have different tastes in bl because I love all four of those shows. As long as we know how we really feel about shows then I guess that's all that really matters

I totally agree with the Dad being wrong for taking Torfun's heart because it was pretty clear he paid specifically to bump Tian up the queue and I definitely think the Dad is involved with some very dodgy business, possibly similar to the bad dude in Pha Phun Dao. However, I'm not sure how I feel about Tian and the car accident, I obviously get where you're coming from and he's definitely in the wrong for organizing a street race (especially as it didn't look like his first time) but considering he wasn't the one driving, it was just his car, I don't think he necessarily needed to be punished for Torfun's death. But I can see how others might think he should be. Either way, you're right, no one was punished like they should have been

Yeah after about half way through I got kind of tired of them just staring at each other all the time and then having something dramatic happen lol. I appreciate the massive amounts of effort that went into creating it but I just didn't get as much out of the actual series

I was kind of scared to write anything negative lol because everyone else seemed to be writing about how it was the best bl ever and it was definitely a 10/10 so I'm glad we're both in the same boat. I'm obviously not glad that we both found it a bit sub-par though hahha

I'm kinda sad that I didn't seem to enjoy it as much as everyone else. I loved it until about half way through and then after that I found it a bit disappointing really

I'm glad I watched this before reading the comments because I really enjoyed it but I'm easily swayed by other peoples opinions so I probably would have ended up avoiding it altogether lol
