I think you underestimate the Korean public on this, the general Korean public definitely has a very negative view of drug use. Also, when you get canceled in Korea you truly get canceled, there isn't always a lot of leeway for a comeback. Drug use has also been a hot topic in Korea since it has been increasing, the government even declared a "war on drugs" last year so there really is not a lot of tolerance for it at this point. I'm not saying Yoo ah in should be treated as he is, but think it is important that you examine the subject realistically.
