i think zhi xing lies to zang hai about the 3rd person. duke's face looks bewilder when zang hai mentions the queen as the 3rd person, then he laughs and says, "good son". to me, he means, good son for not telling the truth to the enemy".
i suspect the emperor because (1) the masked man has to be someone recognizable by many people, therefore he needs to be masked. (2) the masked man is very powerful -- he could command all these sifu's for zhang hai and create an environment to train him. he could appear anywhere anytime he wants. who else has this type of power? (3) indeed, like what @anastasiawun says, the 3rd person could be the emperor. that's the twist. zhang hai has been calling him 恩公 (benefactor), what if it turns out that he's also the culprit? what an irony.
