OMG! Though I love to see Cheng Zhen Zhen and Jing Ran fall in love with each other, I hate to see sweet Shao Peng Cheng's pain and devastation! I'm so torn.

So far at ep 15, this drama is worthy of watching. I love the Shao Peng Cheng's character, so well played by Deng Lun. Despite being wealthy and unruly, he is simply kind and adorable. I also love the Jing Ran character played by Zhu Yi Long, those sad eyes hiding untold stories, and his calmness when facing challenges; Jing Ran is a deep and complex character to analyze. Angelababy's performance is pretty good here. Beautiful, and almost teenager-like, she portrays her character Cheng Zhen Zhen convincingly.

Yes, that's the line that caught me by surprise, "the competitor sabotage was especially effective because public opinion has been influenced by growing xenophobic tendencies due to refugees public safety issues and economic instability". This is such a current issue that the writer has captured it beautifully.

This drama has not been watched by many, what a pity. It is a wonderful drama and I'm glad I decided to watch it. The scenery of Yunnan region is simply out of this world - so natural and so beautiful. The minority group living there is one of the most beautiful people with beautiful costumes and traditions. I hope most viewers stumble across this drama like me and decide to give it a try.

I like Liu Tao. She's a very good actress, especially when she played the Empress in the "Legend of Mi Yue". But playing Wang Ke Ke in this series as a happy-go-lucky girl, I feel very uncomfortable. I wish the producers had chosen a younger and more naturally innocent girl over Liu Tao. Seeing a mature person acting as an innocent little girl makes me cringe.

"Put Your Head on My Shoulder (2019)" maybe a good candidate too - no annoying triangular relationships, or antagonists. Just pure, plain, sweet romance.

Yes, she found it back to the living realm and she did regain her power.

When she first woke up and met Qin Zhi Yan, she lost all her previous power and looked exactly like Qin Zhi Yan. Then she accidentally discovered the other realm, and was offered the kong kong pill. She took it and regained a bit of her power, but became invisible in daylight to other people and visible at night. Only Qin Zhi Yan could see her day and night as Zhao Yao. Then later, she was offered a premium version of the kong kong pill. With that, she had a lot of power, not invisible anymore, and looked like herself, but the side effect was, she exploded every now and then. Once she exploded, she returned to the other realm. So she had to find ways to return to the living realm where Li Chen Lan was.

100% agree. The way they cut the story is doing such injustice to the hard work of the actors.

She didn't actually die; she was preserved in the snow cave by Qin Qian Xian. Then Qin Zhi Yan met her and their lives entangled. She was able to enter the other realm because she experienced death and lived again - others without such experience, cannot enter.

Yes, this is a wonderful drama, but spoiled by the horrible editing. The two main leads were just amazing. Very entertaining drama.

I'm totally in love with Li Chen Lan. Imagine you have someone who is so powerful but always protect you in the dark, grants you every wish you want, and tells you, "If you fight, I'm your sword; if you retreat, I'm your shield". For me, this is enough to last me a lifetime.

Yes, yes, yes. I love Jiang Wu too. Though he was cruel, he was one million times better than the self-righteous 2-faced golden saint.

Yep! From bad to worse. You'd pull out your hair in the last few episodes. Try to wear something on your head just in case (you pull out all your hair XD). One of the viewers here (MDL) explained that the poor editing was due to the team trying to rush out the episodes before historical dramas were supposedly to be banned around the airing time.

I was totally confused by episode 19, until I found a better version. The final 2 episode were total disasters. You'll see Zhao Yau and Chen Lan popping in and out here and there with no consistencies and incoherently. It's really frustrating.

What episode are you up to now? Li Chen Lan melts my heart, in everything that he did and spoke. My only complaint is how bad the editing team did to this, could have been, wonderful drama. The last few episodes are un-watchable. Tell me what you think when you done watching them.

She kind of went lame towards the end. Wish she had been badassed all the way.
