No, Zixin wasn't the speaker. In Chinese, Jiu Jiu refers to the brother of the mother, and that means Qian Chuan. So the speaker has to be Qian Wei, and the baba she addresses refers to Lu Xun, so that means Lu Xun is a father :D

Don't really remember which exact episode, but Qian Chuan was complaining that Qian Wei was only born 1 minute before him and now she gets to be the boss, something to that effect. I have a fish brain for a memory XD
