They didn't even show Dr Prem as Dr Falada 's best friend in The secret of us so I think Dr Falada won't appear…
If they want they can cast Dr Prem in The secret of us and then cast another person for Poisonous Love, They just chose not to include her. If Dr Falada appear in there is good because I already miss them but I don't think they will.
