Just venting on the ending in the immortal realm: So he made her kill a person despite her screaming no (which seems out of character to force her so much to do something), then they say goodbye and for 18 years there is war while he is sleaping and two main characters lost memories. That happened way too fast and not very logical.

I get that you see it differently. However, I believe standing up for oneself, especially when dealing with unfair situations, is admirable and important. Sure, contracts are part of the deal, but they don’t always account for the human element. I guess, time will tell.

Not all contract made equal and beneficial to both parties. Many many artists have faced exploitative and extremely controlling contracts. I don't blame them for wanting out.

Genuinely curious, does she not have the human right to get out of a contract that doesn't work for her?

Maybe too many episodes? I feel like in the beginning they were trying to build things up, but I also found myself bored a bit.

OMG, they both overdo the role-switching so much. The FL isn’t as emotional as he portrays her, and the ML isn’t as stoic and emotionless as she portrays him. I actually feel like they have a similar vibe when they’re in their own bodies.

It gets better as the story progresses. He gets a chance to explain himself. Also, it's not like he holds her accountable. At least to me it seems like he understands her reasons while still arguing for himself and from some point they navigate things together.

Yeah, I agree. Personally, I think her POV is explained and she was consistent as well as her growth. She was not problem solver, but she also did not plan to be one knowing the story. Still, she was more invested that typical FL and I didn't have impression that she was constant damsel in distress.

Am I the only one who is still wondering about steel forging? :D They made such a big deal out of it and then it got abandoned in the middle.

yes, I think that's one of the themes: if you are writing, have respect for your characters and don't just put things together in an "iconic" way just because.

Honestly, I wish more arc was built around him. Somewhere in the middle he got obsessed for whatever reason (almost feels like it was simply to get the original plot going) and from that point on it was only down for him.

I think she's ok. She has her personality and her reasons and as you look at the situations from her point, it's understandable. They both are not perfect.

Sometimes I feel like costume drama post-credit scenes are just fan service and they don't mean much except making the viewers talk about it and keeping the interest. I guess she FL made her choice about where she wants to be and that's what matters for the ending.

Yeah... The baby related parts were very unrealistic

Yeah, it seems like they wanted to show us that vips are now killing themselves.

How in the world the writers expect someone to deliver a baby in under 10 minutes...
