I loved it
Apparently, I never thought that I would be saying this for this series, but this series isn't for everyone. Some people are pointing out flaws, which I guess is understandable. However, when I compare this series to some other shows that I watched this year, this series is in a higher standard than them. I mean, yeah, it's realistic and not what BL's have been giving us for years- but I still LOVED it!Story-10/10
I honestly only saw one thing wrong with the whole storyline and it was that we weren't told the proper time frame in the last episode, so I can see why people can get confused. But I don't think I should take away marks for something that trivial. Otherwise than that, I loved this story of Vlad and Karl. I was happy when they were happy. I cried when they cried. I was glad that Karl admitted that, yes, he was gay, and also that he loved Vlad. Now, I was also actually happy that Vlad and Karl didn't end up together officially, cause Karl wasn't ready to come out and Vlad wasn't ready to go back in the closet for Karl.
The side characters were also enjoyable in this series, even Judit, who, at times, was hella annoying. I believe that they were there to guide the main characters during thier time when they were together.
Acting/Cast-10/10
All actors were good! They were given a script that they were able to portray beautifully. Yes, Palo (Karl) did start off a little rough in the beginning, but as the series progressed, his acting, for me, improved a lot as well. Vlad, hands down, was fricking awesome in this series! I do hope that he gets more roles as I do want to support him! Even the side characters were awesome in thier roles as well!
Music-10/10
The music was AWESOME!!! The songs were able to go with the scenes so beautifully and made you feel the emotions that was being portrayed in the series. Beautiful music! Loved every song!
Rewatch Valu- 10/10
I would watch this again. Why? It's a beautiful story that is being told to us. It also shows that sometimes Life is not like the movies that we watch where we wait for the happy ending. Maybe that's why I like it. Cause eventhough they aren't together as a couple, they got closure and they are friends.
Overall- 10/10
This series is truly a beautiful series. I would wholeheartedly recommend this series. However, if it is fluff and cutesy that you want- this may not be for you. If you want to watch a beautiful breathtaking series that touched real life stories and has a realistic and (for me) good ending, then give this series a go!

Save yourself from this hot mess if you haven't watched this series as yet.
I went into this series basically because of the plot- it seemed interesting and promising. However, week after week, I asked myself- why are you still watching this? But I continued and watched this series for twelve weeks straight, just hoping against hope that it got better (news flash- it doesn't).Story-4/10
As I stated, the synopsis sounded interesting and promising. However, I felt like it was not executed properly. And then with the gazillion and one doctor BL's coming out after it as well as with it, it wasn't able to compete with them (they also have thier flaws- but hey- I was able to follow thier storylines better and not be confused from the get-go.
I'm not going to lie- I did not know who the heck all these secondary characters were, unless they were related to the MC's. Up to now- I don't know the names of Milk and Pun's colleagues and what was the point of them. I was only able to follow the storyline of Milk and Pun, but by episode eleven even them got me hella confused.
I also felt that this series liked to confuse people as it really didn't tell us who posted the pics of the next doctor whose name is eluding me online and basically outed him to the whole world. No explanation was given when they did the time jump in episode eleven and a child had magically appeared, calling Pun dad. That is until ou watched episode twelve and realized who the mom was. Qhich brings me to my next question. What kind of sister Milk has that gave both Milk and Pun to raise her son to then come and say - Yup! I'm ready to raise him- after the fact the boy calls Pun dad. Like, WTF?!! Also, what was the point of introducing the new doctor (Jamie, I think) in the last episode. Is this a hint of a second season, cause...I don't want it.
I was originally gonna give the storyline a 5, cause as I have stated, I was following the MC's story. However, that changed in the last two episodes and as such, I am generously giving them a 4.
Acting/Cast-4.5/10
The show is a hot mess and thier acting cannot save it for the world. But I'm again being generous and will give a 4.5.
Music-5/10
When you have to go back to one of the episodes to remember the song, you know the song did not really impact on you. But after hearng it, Im going to give it a 5.
Rewatch Valu-1/10
No. Nothing can convince me in watching this series again. I'm already confused and I don't want to give up my valuable time again and rewatch this series.
Overall-3.5/10
Overall I give this series a 3.5. I am pleading with people out there- if you haven't watch this series, save yourself and run away as fast as you can from this series. I do not want you to suffer the same way I did. I'm really saving you guys.

Yeah...I shouldn't have watched this season
The first season I gave a 6.5. Now, I don't know why I decided to watch the second season. Maybe I thought that it qould have been better than the first. But it wasn't.Story-5/10
This story confused the bejesus out of me. To begin with in the first episode, you give a very long recap from the first season. AND you changed Valen and Kaitoon's story progress from last season in the very first episode.
Now Valen and Kaitoon relationship did progressed but then there was an unnecessary issue which annoyed me. And believe it or not, I was actually glad with the final minutes of the final episode...until the last few seconds. That pissed me off A LOT.
And then we got these side characters that were ot really contributing to this series with thier unnecessary drama. I honestly think they were added to give this series the eight episodes that it received. I mean, they really didn't resolve some of the secondary characters issues. Like, the majority of them had crappy endings
I also felt that at some parts it wasn't flowing well, making the series to be a bit choppy and just jumping randomly all over the place.
Oh, yeah! And the continuous changing of hair length on the actor who plays Valen- that annoyed me as well.
Acting/Cast-4/10
With the wack storyline, the actors could not save this series. I'm sorry...they just couldn't.
Music- 7/10
The music ia only the good thing in this whole seires.
Rewatch Valu-1/10
A big fat NO. I will not be watching this series again.
Overall-4.5/10
I give this series a 4.5. I hope that this is it for this series because people in the comments section are talking about a season 3. I personally think that it's not needed.

What can I even say?
The synopsis of this series is really the main reason why I started it. Cute and simple. When I was introduced to Ram and Lukchup, I actually found thier interactions a bit cute and awkward. Yet, as more and more episodes came out, other aspects of this series annoyed me to no end.Story-4.5/10
I'm just gonna list out what I like and what I didn't.
What I liked:
☆ Ram and Lukchup's relationship and how it blossomed (to a degree)
☆ Thier families easy acceptance of thier relationship
☆Their friends
☆ The food that was made by Lukchup and his friends
☆ Lukchup's kindness. This character is a better person than me, after all that he went through.
What I didn't like (this is going to be long):
☆ The overplay of the evil 'girlfriend' (they never even dated, mind you). And okay, we know why Namning ended up the way that she did. But still, her character was a just too much
☆ Thirteen episodes of a series that I know could have been told in less episodes
☆ Praying for Paitong and Sky to end up together throughout the WHOLE series, only to actually see them together in the LAST episode! (And that kiss?! Yowzer!)
☆ Time jumps. I don't like time jumps. And it's not just one, but TWO! (One for a month later and one five years later)
☆ I really wasn't invested in Super and his girlfriend as the series really didn't focus on it. They just mentioned it in passing and I was like...meh when it happened.
☆ Bullying. It ain't cool. And the way it escalated. From bullying Lukchup in school. To bullying him online. And then to hiring people to beat him up?!! Like, seriously?!!
☆ Lukchup's kindness. While I liked it, I hated it sooo much! But as I stated earlier, Lukchup's character is a better person than me.
As such, I am graciously giving this storyline a 4.5 out of the kindness of my heart.
Acting/Cast-5.5/10
While I do like the cute and awkwardness of Lukchup and Ram's relationship as well as thier interactions with friends and families, some of these actors acting has been over the top (looking at you, Namning). And because of this, it can really spoil the series. Which it did. So, I'm gonna give a 5.5.
Music-8/10
Without a doubt, truly the only best thing throughout the whole series. I loved hearing it everytime I started this series and this is actually the only thing that I am going to miss about La Cuisine. So, I am giving an 8.
Rewatch Valu-2/10
It was okay the one and only time that I did watch it. I see no need to watch it again. Just saying.
Overall-5/10
Overall, I give this series a 5. I am glad that I gave it a shot and watched it. I am also glad that it is done.

It was not what I had expected. But yet I was pleasantly surprised
I watched all nine episodes in one straight go. And I must say that it was not what I thought it was going to be. However! I was pleasantly surprised none the less.Story- 9/10
I honestly thought that this qould have been the typical rom-com K drama. But it wasn't at all. It touched on school violence and handled it very well, I might add. I had questions that they were able to fill. I felt that they did thier best to tell this story in nine episodes that were all under twenty minutes.
Acting/ Cast-10/10
Everyone's acting amazed me. And I am so proud of Youngjae, I believe that he did an excellent job and I look forward to see more works from him.
Music-10/10
It's an OST from Youngjae- of course it's gonna be a banger!
Rewatch Valu-8/10
As I have said, this was not what I originally thought that I would be watching. But I still enjoyed it and I do see myself watching it again.
Overall- 9.5/10
Overall, I give this series a 9.5. And yes, you can watch it in one go- like how I did!

1st outing with BL couple Joss and Gawin
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. That does not give you the right to try to come at me with your opinions on why this series should get a higher or lower score and why it is better/worse than I think it is. You have your own opinions, and I have mine. Kindly respect that.
Okay! So, of course I wanted to watch this series because I love watching series/movies with vampires—where sometimes it's done properly and other times it's not. I am a huge fan of Buffy the Vampire Series as well as The Vampire Diaries. I have watched Interview With a Vampire (the series and the movie), Buffy the Vampire Series (the movie), Angel, the Underworld movie franchise, and The Originals, just to name a few. So, this series got me a bit excited as it was my first Thai vampire series that I was going to watch, and it was a BL!
Now, I must admit that it did start off well for me personally. But then, it kind of dwindles a bit when Tong and Mark get together. However, it got interesting and better for me by episode 9, with a strong episode 10 , followed by episode 11 having me on the edge of my seat, only to be kind of let down in episode 12. I know that people find it a perfect and good ending. But, to me, personally, I felt underwhelmed. And this has happened many times with GMMTV series and me.
This series did have its pros and cons, and that's why I gave it the rating of 8.5/10 due to these reasons.
Pros:
💕Joss being shirtless in many (if not all) of the episodes
💕The chemistry between Joss and Gawin is just top-notch, and I cannot wait to see them in their next series together
💕For you to loose my attention and then just drag it back from episodes 9 to 11 and some parts of 12, yeah, your good
💕The storyline was easy for me to follow and it kept my attention (for most of the times)
Cons:
💔I felt that some of the deaths were not really necessary (Tonkla, Nakan, and (especially) Wan)—I know that they would add emotions for the other characters, but I still don't see the need for them.
💔Having watched so many vampire series/movies, it really did not cross any of their minds that another option for Tong was to turn into a vampire instead of killing him? Because that was the first thing I kept thinking to myself when they kept insisting that they had to kill Tong
💔 The ending felt (of course) kind of rushed to me. But hey, Tong and Mark got their happy ending at the cost of other people's/vampires' lives.
All in all, a very good series with an excellent introduction to us viewers to this new BL couple, Joss and Gawin.

Truly a hidden gem
I closed off 2024 with this being the last series that I have watched, and I am glad that I made that decision, as this series has me lost for words, but I will try my best to describe it.I started this series in a whim and was captivated by the ML and the supporting cast, especially the children's actors. They portrayed their characters so well that at nearly episodes, I was crying for some of the scenes. The interaction with the kids made Dr. Makino grow as a person besides thinking as a doctor, which is why this made the series more heartwarming for me. His grumpy personality couldn't keep those kids away, as they saw his infirmary as a safe haven for them once they got to know him. He went further than he was called to, as he deeply wanted all the kids to remain healthy.
The child actors stunned me with their acting skills, as I just was not expecting that calibre of acting from them, especially the younger ones. They were able to pull off emotional scenes, getting me to cry at whatever situation the characters were going through at the time.
I would also like to add that sometimes the ending of a series can just upset me. That was not the case with Hokago Karte. It was simple yet impactful (this is what I personally believe), and it gave a wonderful series a good ending.
I do hope that other people give this series a chance, as they are truly missing out on a wonderful series. So grateful that I stumbled on it on Netfix and that I watched it.

This did not met my expectations
I watched the last episode on Saturday and now finally got a chance to write a review on Monday about this series. The first time I watched the official pilot, I was actually interested in seeing this series. And then the trailer came out, I was super excited to see the story of Jeng and Pat. And then I sat down and watched this series and was...dissapointed. It did not live up to the official pilot as well as the trailer for me.
Story-4/10
In all honesty, I ONLY liked four out of the twelve episodes (episodes one to three and then ten). The others, I honestly didn't and couldn't care for then as they were focusing on characters that I don't care about or want to know about.
I was here for Pat and Jeng (and sometimes Chot). I don't care about thier friends, Pat's ex-boyfriend, Jeng's brother, Jaab and Jane, Jeng's father- nothing! And because the series focused on all of this, I felt the time it took for Pat and Jeng was too long and then they happened to quickly and broke up. Also, it had like two time jumps in the space of two episodes?! ( three months I think and then two years). All of this annoyed me and for that reason I am giving the story a 4, which is being very generous because I really should give them a 3.
Acting/Cast- 6/10
You know what? I only liked the actors who played Jeng and Chot. The others, because I really didn't care for thier storyline, thier acting didn't really impact on me. So, just because of these two and the scenes that they stole throughout the series, I am being generous again and giving them a 6.
Music-6/10
I honestly couldn't recall it. I had to go back to the beginning of an episode and play it over. Because of this, I will give them a 6.
Rewatch Valu-2/10
Okay- I honestly do not think that I will rewatch this at all. Because it has left me soooo dissapointed. And I know people would say that maube I am not accustomed to a slow burn series. But this was really too slow for me that I did loose my attention a lot and I only really was watching to see Pat and Jeng end up together. Which they did. For like two episodes and then broke up for two years! As such, I am givnig the rewatch valu a solid 2.
Overall-4.5/10
Overall, I give this series a 4.5. And that's just sad, because I was super hyped when I saw both the official pilot and trailer. I also thought that this series would have scored much higher (like between 8 to 9) after watching the first three episodes. But, it didn't and every week I slowly lost interest in this series until episode 10. But by then it was too late to save this series for me.

Why couldn't I love you like the majority of the viewers!!!
I went into this series, trying my utmost best to love it as it was being hyped so much here as well as on Twitter. But for some reason- I just couldn't. I tried. I really did try with this series as I keep seeing episode [insert episode number here] is the best episode every week. And I just wasn't feeling it so I had to put this series on hold after watching up to episode four. I then came back and tried to binge watch episodes five to twelve. But even that took longer than I thought it would. But I have finally finished it!Story-8/10
I am giving this series an 8 due to the fact that it is not your typical BL. It shows the toxic side of the industry theought the fans as well as the company. The reason why I cannot give higher than an 8 is due to the fact that I felt I wasn't emotionally attached to the series.
I was watching the series and just...nothing. The only time I felt a form of emotion was in the last episode at 50 minutes (I think) when Nubsib and Gene got back together. Otherwise than that, I felt norhing. Also, I felt that the supporting characters were not developed properly, especially Aoey. I also felt more sad for Aoey than any of the other characters in this series, cause of what he went through. Yeah, he's a d#$k, but like the ending that he got, I felt that he didn't deserve it.
Also, I felt that the episodes seemed a bit too long and draggy. Like some parts were good. But some parts I really don't see the need for it.
Acting/Cast-7.5/10
I was originally going to give an 8. However, the last two episodes just made me like meh, so I am giving a 7.5.
Music-7.5/10
The damn OST is loie a bloody worm song. It's annoying as well as catchy. The other songs were okay too. So for that I will give a 7.5.
Rewatch Valu-4.5/10
I'm sorry. I felt that I took too long to finish this series and because of that I don't think that I need to watch it again.
Overall-7/10
As I stated before, I really did try with this series. I guess it wasn't for me in the end.

I don't know how to feel about this one
This series was...interesting to say the least. The way that it went in the final four episodes, I didn't expect it. But the company, I believe, did their best in the situation. Cause it can be clearly seen how different the first eight episodes are to the remaining four. We, the viewers, don't know the official reasons for this change. But we have a guess to why, which is actually plausible. Due to this, it shaped the series to the way that it is.Story-6/10
Let me be honest. I had to put this series on hold after just watching two episodes due to the fact that it was not holding my attention to the other series that I was watching at that time. I came back and binge watch from three to eight- which, I actually liked. When we were introduced to the new Nite...I was flabbergasted. This was not how I thought that this series would go. I actually thought that Latte would have ended up with Nite1 and not with someone else. Was I in shock? Yes. Was I upset? A bit. Some people like Nite2...I'm still a little on the fence with him.
Acting-5/10
Some of the acting was good/okay. While some just had me..meh. So, for that I will give five out of ten.
Music-7/10
The song is like a frickin worm. It will play the first time and somehow get stuck in your brain and then annoy the heck out of you. Even now! That song is still stuck in my head!
Re watch Valu-3/10
I actually do not, unfortunately, see myself watching this series again. Like anytime soon. It was nice to watch to fill the lack of shows to watch on Tuesdays but there is no way that I will put myself through watching this series again from start to finish.
Overall- 5.5/10
Overall, it was an okaish series. If you have nothing to watch and want something to fill your time and can handle a draggy-ish series, I say give this a go. But to actually recommend this to someone to watch- I can't do that.

A great synopsis but a lackluster end product
Well! That's it! Golden Blood is done! And it has left me a bit...dissapointed. And that's unfortunate. Cause the synopsis sounded actually good and it drew me in and made me excited to watch this series. But at the end, I just felt it didn't reach the potential that I thouggt it would reach.Story- 7.5/10
As I stated before, the synopsis that was presented peaked my interest in this series. And it kept it...in the beginning. But it wasn't the main couple, unfortunately. It was the second couple and thier very few and short scenes. And, yeah, it had flaws (like did those girls really think that they had a chance with Sky and Sun? Like, really?!! And my reaction was also like Sky when he asked Bank along the lines since when he was dating Pitch, cause while they were cute together, I felt it wasn't developed properly). But I still enjoyed it through the acting of the characters Pitch, Bank (sometimes)and Sun's acting.
Also, eventhough I don't think or know if anyone has talked about it, I sometimes felt that (some of) the fight scenes were cringy. And this sucks as this plays a role in the storyline. And when you read the synopsis, you would think that a majority of the episodes would be focusing on how the main couple would have to face Sky's dad. But no. This was just basically two out of the eight episodes.
Acting/Cast-7/10
Okay! So hear me out! I liked the actors who played Bank and Pitch in thier scenes together. I liked the actors who played Sun and Sky in thier scenes together as well. Heck! I liked Boat's character on a whole!
But when Gun was acting when something happened to Boat's character from episode seven...I cringed! Everytime I saw his acting, I told myself 'Why is his acting so?' And then besides that, you have these two girl characters who were so dense that they didn't know that Sun and Sky were together?! And thier reaction when they found out?! That's why I have to give a 7.
Music-8/10
I actually lind of liked the music. So I am going with an 8.
Rewatch Valu-3/10
No. I do not see myself coming anytime soon and watching this. Once is actually enough for me. And again, that's unfortunate cause the actors who played Bank, Pitch and Boat were reasonably good in this series. However, I don't see me torturing myself in watching this series anytime soon (unless it's just Bank and Pitch's part and even that wasn't properly done in my opinion).
Overall-6.5/10
Overall I give it a 6.5. And that's unfortunate. I felt that this series had so much great potential but wasn't able to deliver it in the end.

Gonna be honest with you- this was just an okay series
I have completed this Korean BL series. And what can I say? I felt that it was just an okay series that I believe had so much potential, but, unfortunately, did not live up to it.Story-7/10
I honestly felt that the series started off good. But something happened along the way. I mean, I was totally invested in the relationship of Seo Hae Won and Baek Eun Gyu. And then just so, we are told that Cha Ji Soo also like him. But, like you just know there is no way that this is a so called love triangle. Cause any body, even a blind person, can see that Seo Hae Won likes Baek Eun Gyu. What was the point of this aspect of the storyline? Doesn't make sense to me. And then i just got confused at the end because Baek Eun Gyu has left Seo Hae Won for a year to go and find/visit (I don't even know which one it is, cause I just glazed over) his father who is in Florida. So...yeah. And because of these random storylines trying to be told on an eleven minute eight episodes series, pacing here will clearly be an issue. But just because I like the beginning before all of this, I give this series a 7.
Acting/Cast-7/10
Kim Yoo Hwan acting stood out the most in this series out of all the actors. So, because of that, I will give it a 7.
Music-7.5/10
Honest to God, I forgot what the music sounded like. So, I had to go back and play it. And it actually sounds good. But because I forgot how it sounded, I'm going to give the music a 7.5.
Rewatch Valu-5/10
I actually do not see myself watching this series anytime soon again. I felt that for me this series really didn't make that much of an impact for me to say I won't watch it or to also say that I will watch it. It wasn't that memorable to me.
Overall-6.5/10
Overall, I give this series a 6.5. Personally, to me, it just wasn't that memorable to leave any sort of impression.

GMMTV dropped the ball on this one
My problem isn't like the majority of the reviews that I am seeing. Cause BL's will always have flaws. It's just how we interpret it and how t is portrayed to us. Some people hate this series and some love it. It's not for everyone. This, unfortunately, was not for me.Story-5.5/10
The most annoying storylines that one can see in sooo much BL's were present here- the annoying ex- girlfriend, the father who didn't approve and many more. But that didn't annoy me as much as the damn pacing of this series! It started off with SOOOO much potential, stalled and then just went downhill with so much of stuff being stuffed in the last three episodes that if you blink, you may miss something from the story.
And that's what is making me pissed about this series. I mean, Na can't save this series as well as Chonlatee's mom (who was badass and I adore her!) due to how bad the pacing was- especially for a GMMTV series. I mean, I literally began to lose interest in this series thatcthe final two episodes I watched them the day after they aired.
Acting- 6/10
I honestly feel that the MC's and the majority of the actors couldn't save this series with thier acting cause the script was clearly atrocious as can see with the bad pacing of this series. And that's unfortunate. Cause I now the potential these actors have as I have seen some of thier works and it was way better compared to this.
Music- 7/10
I will give credit where credit is due. The music was the most decent thing about this whole series.
Rewatch Valu- 2/10
Yeah...no, I can't. They shoved too much in those three remaining episodes and just end it like...meh to me. I can't rewatch this series again.
Overall-5/10
I really tried to keep the excitement and love for this show that I had in the beginning, but unfortunately it dwindled away as the story progressed. Na and Chonlatee's mom couldn't even save this series for me.

I'm crying...in joy that it's finally over
I thought that I would have never reached here! Yet, here we are! The end of this series! I'm so full of joy and happiness that it's all finally over! I started this series as I learnt about Itt and Day as secondary couples from ' Unforgotten Night ', which I wound up rating a 3.5. They seemed interesting, so I decided to give this a chance. And...I was sooo dissapointed.Story-1/10
And no, this is not due solely for the toxic level in this series. The storyline is all over the place, with weak ass antagonists that is all cleared up during the series run and wrapped up neatly in the end.
And how the relationship (with not just toxicity but also abuse and/ or sexual assualut) starts for the MC as well as 2 secondary couples just is not right for me. And why is there so much guys who want Itt?! And Day needs to take a chill pill. Because after all the crap that he put Itt through, Itt will still (unfortunately) choose him over all of his other suitors. That's why I am giving them a one. I mean, the only good thing from this whole series was the last episode, where Itt and Day got married. That's basically it.
Acting/Cast-1/10
It is sad to here that the acting Frank was doing (which I found atrocious), was exactly how the character (Itt) acts in the book. This just makes me don't want to read the book.
I have previously stated that I know Frank and Rossi (who plays Night), can act as I have watched some of thier previous qorks and they clearly did a better job there than in this hot mess of a series. I don't know how I managed to sit down for twelve weeks and watched this series religiously with this type of bad acting.
And okay, maybe it was how the actors were directed and also how they presented the finished episodes to us. But, it just still sucks. And for that I'm giving them a one.
Music-1/10
The music in the beginning was just not it for me. I'm sorry. If I could have given a score lower that one, I would.
Rewatch Valu-1/10
There is no way that I will sit down and rewatch this again. I mean, there is literally an uncut version that is currently airing and I don't even think I have the time and enery to watch that version (although a lot of people are saying that it is better than this version). So, because I can't give t a zero or 0.5, I'm giving it a 1 for the rewatch, eventhough it is a strong hell no.
Overall-1/10
Overall, I give this series a 1. This was clearly ot made for me. And, hey- that's okay.

You have to shut down your brain sometimes...because it did not make sense
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this movie. Some of you may not like it. That does not give you the right to try to come at me with your opinions on why this movie should get a higher or lower score and why it is better/worse than I think it is. You have your own opinions, and I have mine. Kindly respect that.
All right, start off by saying that I only decided to give this movie a watch, as I needed a movie beginning with the letter Z, and this was coming out on Netflix. I will say that it started out reasonably well with the story and the acting. We see why they have become zombies (answer: eating fish in a wasteland country, which they thought was safe). The graphics for this movie...oh wee! Thailand truly outdid themselves in that aspect. And while I was confused when the zombies began to mutate (I actually shouted, 'What the f$%k is even going on?!!), I saw from the comments section that it was a fish mutation. This then made sense to me, as they did eat fish, which began this whole zombie outbreak.
Now, it's from here that I am going to mention what stood out to me in a negative way. First, I will start off with the obvious. This man is fighting these zombies, most of the time, with his bare hands, as he is a Muay Thai fighter. At most times, I was basically asking myself, 'So none of those zombies can hold onto his hands and bite him?!! He's THAT good at Muay Thai?!!! ' I mean, it just seems unrealistic to me. But, apparently, this man is invincible, as later on, not only is he trapped in a car surrounded by zombies, but the car BLOWS UP WITH HIM STILL ALIVE IN IT. And he miraculously comes out unscratched and whole. Another time is when he is on the rooftop fighting off the zombies; the building blows up. And at the very end we see him – STILL VERY MUCH ALIVE and alone in the wasteland with the mutated zombies. This just doesn't make sense to me. Is Sing a superhero like Superman, and we just haven't found his weakness? Because how?!! How did he survive these two events and still be in one piece and alive!!!! Just doesn't make sense to me.
All in all, it was an interesting movie. The way it ended, if they wanted to, they could make a sequel, which then I will know not to think of what impossible things are going on in this movie but just enjoy the flow of it. And I would like to add that I saw a comment saying this was the worst zombie movie they have watched. I would like to introduce that person to a Filipino movie called 'Izla'- that was a pack of nonsense. I would like to end this review by saying that even with these few flaws from the movie, I was still entertained.
