Bit anticlimactic, isn't it?
When I first learned that they were making a sequel to The Moment, I got super excited, cause that season was so beautiful and sweet and I adored it so much that I gave it a 10. But I need to learn now that some sequels can't live up to thier predecessors and this series, unfortunately, was one of them.Story- 7/10
The summary ain't even give us exactly what this season is about. All I got was that it was Bay's birthday soon and he invited Mok and Boston. I think Boston invited Jimmy (I don't know). All three guys clearly has a crush on Bay, but Bay only likes one of them-Mok. So, they all spent time together having dinner, celebrating Bay's birthday and playing volleyball. Bay was able to get some alone time with Mok, where thier relationship was able to go on the next level, by kissing each other, not once, but twice (I squealed and grinned so much!)
Now, here is where I got angry/confused. What was the point of bringing in Jimmy if he was not gonna be a love interest for Boston (cause Boston clearly deserves one), but for him to crush on Bay, who clearly doesn't like him in that way? What was the point?!!! Also, the reason why I stayed with the series was to find out who was following them, only to realize that Mok hired a photographer (guest role appearance from Copter, who was looking hot/cute as hell!) to take pictures of them so that they could have memories of thier time together. Like...really?! I mean, could have just kept this sweet and cute like the first season, but, whatevs.
Acting/Cast- 8/10
I liked thier acting and I think they did the best that they could with this so-called script.
Music-9/10
The music is again addictive and I love the OST so much!
Rewatch value-6/10
I am sorry but I will quicker watch the first season than this one. This season had it's moments, but they aren't that big for me to run it down and rewatch it any time soon.
Overall-7.5/10
I stayed for a specific reason- who is taking thier pictures? I got the answer and was highly disappointed. But it did have some cute moments- just not enough for me, I guess.

It's hard to put into words
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. I am seeing a lot of people saying this, and I agree with them – this series is hard to rate. I mean, I finished this series in January 03, and I am now rating it on January 07. It did carry us on a journey, but the characters, oh, the characters. They had flaws that made me hate them as well as having me ask questions like, 'Why would they do that?' But, oh, I was entertained! Fan Xiao is a black flag. The things that he did to You Shu Lang are highly questionable, but he says that he does it for love.
I like the character of You Shu Lang in the beginning, as I feel proud of the way he handles things once he sees the true colours of Fan Xiao. But there is so much he can take of him as Fan Xiao keeps testing him. I honestly did not know how to think about Fan Xiao, as he did change his ways in the end. But was it a little too late? Was what he did previously too much to just be forgiven like that? I personally felt so. But I guess You Shu Lang wanted happiness in the end, and I guess seeing Fan Xiao change over these past few months made him personally feel he deserved a second chance.
All in all it was an entertaining show that carried me on a journey. I may not agree with how some of the things were handled in the final episode but I will agree that these two characters have made an impressionable impact on me with thier story.

An A for the effort of the concept... and that's it
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. Now, you see, I'm giving an A for effort because when you read the synopsis, it sounds so interesting, and it draws you in to see how the storyline is going to be handled. And then...we get whatever this is that was given up to us. You hire somebody on a contract to do whatever the heck you want to do to him, and all you are offering him is bread and milk?!! Like, that's the majority of what Kim Hae Jun eats throughout this series. And what kind of art class is that where there are only two students?!!! And there's no teacher to supervise them?!!! And apparently people can enter the classroom all willy-nilly even though they are not students?!!! The sad thing here is that the first episode, when I watched it, was okay, and it did make sense with the storyline. It's just that after that...nope.
And to top it off – TO TOP IT OFF – why was there so much unbuttoning of a shirt in one of the episodes? I saw it buttoned; Han Jae Hun unbuttoned it – but in the next take it's buttoned BACK AGAIN with Han Jae Hun unbuttoning it AGAIN!! I also got annoyed when the first time we were so-called introduced to the arts classroom, we had Kim Hae Jun and the girl student drawing in silence!! Look, this series is already only 10 minutes per episode – we can't also have room for silence here!!
And let's talk about that ending – I'm sorry, but it made no sense to me. I mean, I know where they were trying to go with it, but it just didn't make sense to me, as these characters just weren't portrayed right. I felt like I wasted my time watching this series, and I am glad that it's over and I am done with it.

Thank you, Mob, for this journey
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. Mob took us on a four-season journey starting from the year 2021 to 2025, and we, the viewers, were there rooting for him, seeing if he would have remained a mob throughout the seasons. And while I may not like the ending (I, in the beginning, still, like many, believe that Mob should have ended up alone or with Kikuchi), I will respect the ending of this series with Mob and Hatano. I personally did not have an issue with the age difference between Mob and Hatano. I just preferred Kikuchi with Mob, as we had a build-up from quiet season 1 with Mob and him.
But as I stated before, I will respect the ending of this series for two reasons. One of them being that Kikuchi saw before us, the viewers, as well as Mob, that he had feelings for Hatano. And the second reason is we had a BL writer, who made sure that not only did Kikuchi end up with his happy ever after (even though it was not with Mob), but Mob and Katano had their BL ending too. This just shows us viewers that sometimes writers carry a story in another direction from what we readers wanted it to be – and we may not like it, but we have to accept it.
But putting that aside, I want to thank Mob for carrying us on such a hilarious journey throughout the years. I always enjoyed watching the opening OST for each of the seasons, and this season did not disappoint, giving us a Green Day-inspired OST with the male lead dressed up as Green Day's lead singer, Billie Joe Armstrong. This was truly a journey, and I will remember Mob and how he fought the resistance of being apart of the BL world for over these four seasons.

An entertaining BL lakorn that fizzled in the end
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. Woowhee! the excitement! The drama! The action! This series started off strong in this! It had me hooked every week for the past ten weeks, getting to learn everything about these characters (especially Pheem's family). The way his family was basically survival of the fittest to take over the father's company, and the father just letting them do things once he profits from it in the end.
I adored the relationship between Pheem and Than, even though there was a time I personally wanted to kill Pheem due to what Than went through because of him. But, in later episodes, he proved himself (in my opinion) to be worthy of Than. Were there parts of this series that I felt I got robbed of seeing? Yes, yes there is. While it was not shown, I felt that it was hinted at in the close relationship of Jett, Pheem's brother, and his bodyguard, Phakphum. When one was always in trouble, the other one would do whatever they could to save them, even if it meant that they would face the beatings instead of the other one. Throughout the series, we can see how much they cared for each other. It was also heartbreaking to see that small moment when Pheem's father showed that he wanted his youngest son to be safe coming to the end of the series.
What I will say I am disappointed in was indeed the last episode. We, as viewers, went through sooo much in that last episode, and yet, I still feel it was a bit of a letdown. The true bad person did get her just desserts. But, it would have been nice if the person was punished more for what they have done and caused to the family. And then the ending after putting us, the viewers, through so much for it to end like that. Ugh! I don't want to say too much to spoil it for other viewers out there, be they those who are currently watching it or those who will watch it in the future. But besides this, it was still an entertaining series, and I am glad to have completed another project by Offroad and Daou.

This BL merman series could have been so much more
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. That does not give you the right to try to come at me with your opinions on why this series should get a higher or lower score and why it is better/worse than I think it is. I was super excited to watch this series, as this would have been something new for me in the BL world, as I had never watched a series that was dealing with mermen. However, I felt disappointed by (nearly) all of the episodes when I watched it weekly. There were parts that were good in this series, but as it continued on, I felt that there was no need for some of the supporting characters -what was the point of the introduction of Phurit's brother and adoptive (?) brother? Just picked up screen time that could have helped to develop Phuirt and Nawa's relationship or even their characters.
Pharaphai was hella annoying, and he just made me not enjoy this series at all. Look, you can have a character that is a dick, and if something happens to that character, you can feel empathy for them. But for me, every time Pharaphai was on the screen, I got very annoyed and just wanted him off the screen. When you get to (finally) learn the story of Nawa's parents, it's heartbreaking. I wish that he did not have to suffer through that, especially when you learn whose fault it was.
The story between Phurit and Nawa was actually okayish – just that I felt that the same trust that they (Nawa and Phana) wanted from Phurit, they should have given it to him earlier, because that episode where they were only telling him to trust them was annoying me because it clearly shows that they did not trust him enough as yet to tell him the truth, and trust, to me, is a two-way street.
I felt that the secondary couple was also not handled properly; when they finally got together, I felt nothing. But, it was good to see that Ping resolved his family issues in the end. There are many more issues with this series (background music playing too loud for my liking in the early episodes and scenes not flowing properly from each other, just to name a few), but I am glad that something new was tried with CGI that was actually good. I'm just dissapointed as this series could have been so much more.

This was an action packed watched
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this movie (and yes, you can have your own views in a review). Some of you may not like it. I watched this movie, as I needed a movie that started with 'Q' for one of my challenges. I will say that I did enjoy this movie, as it had action-packed sequences with the actors carrying out the storyline as well. There were not really any dull moments, which is a plus for me, as sometimes even movies are not able to keep my attention for how long they are.
What I will advise is not to read the synopsis of this movie, as it did give away a major point that occurred in the movie. While this did happen, the actors were still able to pull off the scene well for me. When watching this movie, some CGI can be seen as questionable, as it does look like what it is – CGI. Other than that, it was a good movie that I am shocked that I actually enjoyed, as I basically only watched this to get 'Q' for my 'Drama and Movie Challenge'.

I'm just glad that I finished it

I decided to give this series a watch because it has been a while since I watched an Oxin production, and the last (mini) series that I watched from them was surprisingly okay. Also, one of the MCs from that series (Haunted Hearts) was appearing in this series as well. I have finished it, and I am just... disappointed. There was too much going on with so many characters that I just got lost in it. Also, the only good thing for me in this whole series was Jarret and Gin and, unfortunately, they could not save this series.
The OST's of course, was awesome, until it started to border on the line of annoying for me. I was so out of it that I still don't know if the bad guy got his just desserts because I was zoning in and out in the last episode. I'm just glad that I am done with this series, and I am once again taking a (much) needed break from any Oxin production series.

This show makes me see how an ending can totally ruin the whole series

I decided to watch this series, as I needed a series that started with the letter 'V', and this seemed like a quick watch, as it was only six (6) episodes long. I will say this – the first five episodes were entertaining for me, as I thoroughly enjoyed them. Then, halfway through episode 6, something happened. I mean, I'm a fan of open endings, but this was not what I was expecting, and it just destroyed the whole season, just through that one episode. This series, up to episode 5, was so good that it was close to getting a 9 or 9.5 from me for this series. But with the ending that was given, this series is now a 7.5 for me.

Still a good series, but was expecting something more

I finished this series last week Friday (05/09/2025), and I am now writing a review for it today (11/09/2025). If you know me, you would know that I and period dramas – we don't mix. Doesn't matter whatever country – I just can't get behind them. For me to give a high score in a time period means that there has to be something very extraordinary and outstanding from the series. I unfortunately did not feel it with this series. And the sad thing was that the main characters were actually good and the storyline sounded promising – but this was just not for me. It started off well, but I personally feel like it was not able to get its footing for it to become an excellent series.
I felt that the secondary characters were the ones who stole this series. I did adore the secondary couple, as I felt that they added more excitement to the plot with their storyline. I do look forward to seeing Aou and Boom in their first starring BL when it comes out. The character who played Great's grandmother was actually good, as I did hate her character and wished her nothing but bad things to come her way. Also, the three characters who played the help added the humour to this series for me as well.
All in all, it was still a good series, but I just felt that something was missing from it for it to be a great series.

The difference those few seconds made at the ending
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this movie. Some of you may not like it. I started this movie on a whim, as I need a movie with P for my challenge. I was not expecting much out of it, as I don't have any fascination with race car driving. However, I must say that I was actually impressed with how this movie came out. It had comedy as well as scenes that kept me on my feet. This movie, somehow, was able to get me emotional at certain scenes, and I'm not that invested in car racing to get as emotional as I did. But I guess it was because it's a story of an underdog, and we the viewers want to see what happens next.
Now, while all of these are good aspects of the movie, those last few seconds just made all the good things I found about this movie go down the drain. I didn't really like the ending, and it did leave me disappointed. If it just had a better, worthy ending, I would have given this movie a higher score than 7/10.

I now know why some of you guys like this series
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. After completing this series, I now know why some of you guys like this series – and it is not for the plot because there is barely one. I personally felt that this series did not need twelve episodes to get this story across – it could have easily been done in eight or ten episodes. I mean, I know why they used it – to give us so many smex scenes between the main couple and the secondary couple. But did it really add anything to the story? I mean, we did learn why Sorn doesn't like to date younger people, but still. Also, you can't date a younger person, but Sorn can do what he did to Jun by the koi pond. Right, okay.
I also felt that there were too many people for this series, and because of this, they weren't developed properly. The side male couple could have been dealt with better, as the series out of nowhere introduced a third person to come between the secondary couple – Champ and Thai in the 11th episode. It felt that they were trying to make up enough episodes for the twelve episodes by doing such a thing out of nowhere. I'm not even going to talk about the GL couple for this series.
So, in all
4 ⭐ for the story as the storyline is not that strong to me (I felt that there is basically no story)
6.5⭐ for the acting, as all of the actors need to vastly improve.
7 ⭐ for the music as it actually was addictive and
4.5 ⭐ to rewatch this series because let's be real – it has nothing to wow me back to give this another watch.

Started strong and then fizzled in the end
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. I felt that this was a nice and quick watch for me. I liked the majority of the episodes (except for some parts) with them getting together and the progress of their relationship from fake to real, but the ending just left me like...meh. We really don't have a baddie, per se, in this series. I mean, we start off with a character, Oh, who seems not to know that a person, Teerak, doesn't like him. Even though he is told by Muenfah, that they are boyfriends, he STILL insists on hitting on Teerak, which leads to them fake dating. We have a glimpse of Oh and his mother (who I thought would have had a bigger role in this series...but she doesn't) in some episodes until Teerak finally has the balls to tell him how he truly feels. Also, he was informed by Teerak and his friends that Teerak doesn't drink alcohol – trick them into drinking mocktails with their first set of drinks to then proceed to make alcoholic drinks and give the drinks to them – where Teerak doesn't drink alcohol!! How am I supposed to be rooting for you or feeling bad for you after his meeting with his mom, where I see him as the most despicable guy here? Anyway, exit bad guy number 1.
'Bad' guy number 2 enters, and it's none other than Teerak's dad. I STILL don't know why he was so against it when both his father and his wife accepted the relationship. Muenfah is actually a catch, and they should be glad that Teerak was able to get him to be interested in him. He's not only smart, kind and caring to Teerak, but he is well-off AND his parents have accepted Teerak as their own. Did they decide to go this way to try to stretch this series to twelve episodes? Because that's the only reason why I am seeing them for choosing this route for Teerak's dad, as he seemed throughout the series as if he would have been the one to accept the relationship more than his wife and his dad. As soon as 'bad' guy 2 enters, he is gone by the following episodes and has now accepted Muenfah to date his only son. And it's because of this that this series is not that strong for me. I also honestly felt that the secondary male couples, especially Muenfah's brother, should have more screen time. Because his love story just came out of nowhere for me, unlike that of the building up of the next secondary BL couple, Real and Hia.
All in all, it started strong, fizzled out, and had a good and addictive OST.

I actually enjoyed both of the couples

I have seen many comments stating that they prefer Jo and North's story and that some even skipped the parts of Ter and Hill. For me, actually, I liked both couples. They both presented to me the beautiful beginning of a romantic relationship. Yes, Ter and Hill started off cute with some rough patches along the way, but it was sweet to see them get back together being boyfriends. And Jo and North's storyline was cute as well, with the rebellious North and Jo, who wanted them to be together after having such a long crush on him. What was also cute was seeing the relationship between Ter and North, as they supported each other when they were at the beginning stages with Hill and Jo.
While they had their strengths, both couples also had their weaknesses. I did find it a tad bit annoying with how many hours of work Jo put in with his work (but he seems to come around in the special episodes to know how North feels about them). For Ter and Hill, it was Ter's dad and Hill's grandfather. They were against their relationship in the beginning, but magically, after years have passed, they are okay now. I understand with the grandfather, as his wife had just slipped into a coma, so I guess he was being mean to him. But Ter's dad... I just felt that a better apology should have been offered to Ter, as the boy basically left home in his final year of high school to live with his aunt before he graduated due to his dad's attitude towards him/them, as he did not want to hear what Ter had to say.
What did annoy me a bit is that I have been left wanting more of Fah and Phoon, who are supposed to be introduced in another season of this series. But I will not be holding my breath for long, as a second series rarely does happen in the world of Thai BLs. And when they do, it's after a very long time that people may even forget the storyline of what happened and (sometimes) become disappointed with it. I do hope that is completed, as I do want to see the story of the remaining three couples that the second season will focus on.

Cute series that reminded me of the older BL's
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this movie. Some of you may not like it. I started this series on a whim, and honestly, I actually liked it! Yes, it did have some flaws (ex-boyfriend, a kind of mean girl), and yes, these issues were dealt with quite swiftly (the ex-boyfriend, mean girl), BUT I still liked it. The chemistry between the two actors was there, and they were cute when they did come together. We had a secondary male couple that I kind of at one point wanted them together and then at the next point did not really care if they did get together. The next secondary couple with Diew's best friend and the lead singer of the group kind of felt out of place for me – I don't know. I just didn't get them.
What was the saving grace for this series was the songs. They hit hard and had me bopping my head to it and sometimes (trying) to sing along with it as well. What they do need to work on is having these 'singers' look like they are singing. I don't know – I guess I'm spoilt by GMMTV, as their actors are actually singing.
In the end, I did enjoy this series, as it was an easy and quick watch to follow.
