Bwahaha! The adult themed comedy brings me to tears of laughter! Every character is on point in this drama but my favorites are the Assistant Pharmacist and his misplaced romance with the Hairdresser 😂👏
Such a sweet romance movie entailing a Korean exchange student with romance experience, helping out 2 shy Japanese classmates learn to confess their love for each other. I especially loved the ending and will definitely re-watch! Also, Kento look so young and cute here!
This was a very sweet romance movie that depicted the fantasy of a 1930ish black and white cinema princess coming to life into the world of the shy assistant director of the 1960s. The period costumes and cinematography were especially gorgeous, leaving me enthralled to the very end where love brings true “colors”. High re-watch value!
Okay it was enjoyable show AT PLACES. I discovered Sakaguchi Kentaro, so it was not all in vain...I think the…
Bwahaha! Loved your comment about Kentaro. He looked great as a blondie but this was not the best character choice. I found him quite annoying although I secretly wanted that pairing to happen as well
Watched this for Kentaro’s hair sweep, both front and back looked so good in blonde. Not too sure if I liked…
Bad romance choices were at the forefront of these women’s choices and the open ending left a lot to be desired. How do you seek happiness with someone who’s living with another woman? How do you settle as being the 2nd woman for that man? Not even for Kentaro will I re-watch this show
Watched this for Kentaro’s hair sweep, both front and back looked so good in blonde. Not too sure if I liked his character here because he was filled to the brim with “what ifs” and was a hypocrite for the majority of the time. As for this jdrama, it fell short for me with the non-resolute choices of *spoiler* romance seeking women who are the bestest of friends. The cartoonish characters kindly helped me push the FF button
My eyes are swollen from that last episode! The ending left a lot to be desired but I’ll take what they were…
…they’re back together again and residing in Japan (beautiful Sakura cherry blossoms). Logistically, that didn’t work the 1st time so I want to know how they can prevent their relationship problems from repeating itself? I have more thoughts but too lazy to write it out 😂
My eyes are swollen from that last episode! The ending left a lot to be desired but I’ll take what they were able to allude. Would’ve preferred more reconciliation time and I’m guessing…
I’m loving the premise of this adult-natured drama of entrepreneurial housewives! It’s so friggin’ funny and SunJae’s Dad and ImSol’s Mom are opposites in this drama too! 😂 It reminds me of Casa Amour, which I’ve seen twice for the laughs!
I like this movie! Such a thought-provoking storyline. If you had the chance to rewind time, would you do your best to protect and save your loved one from tragedy? Even if it was to the point of exhaustion? If so, would you be robbed of time and in essence, growth and maturity? Side note: SK is so awkwardly cute in his youth! 🤭
I’m here from “What Comes After Love”, and this tragic movie kicked me in the feels. I was surprised to find that SK was also paired with Nana in this movie and partially regret pressing the play button because this was based on a true story and I cried buckets!
I had recently wondered who he was when I watched a vid of him talking to BWS at Prada fashion show. Now that I’ve seen his cute eye smile and adorable overbite, I had to pick up his kdrama back up “Konin Todoke ni Han wo Oshita dake desu ga” that I had dropped due to the FL’s ridiculous hair. Never even realized it was SK that whole time!
Side note: I noticed that SK is one of the few j-actors that has a deep Japanese language intonation. Obviously I prefer it the Japanese language can be too high-pitched. Now I feel the need to watch SK’s past dramas just to listen to him speak 🤭
That argument scene was angst at its finest, the passionate withdrawal of an interracial couple who were once naively in love with each other despite the differing cultures/customs/needs. The angered switch between the bilingual languages thrust out into the tension-filled air, percolating the end of their relationship and youth, portrayed epically between LSH and SK 😭👏🔥
I picked this drama back up after waiting for it to complete airing and I’m actually glad I was in the mood for the slice-of-life story this time. Although it’s not the kind of RomCom that I was originally hoping for, LND made up for it with its substantive storylines between the hardships of life, family and friendship.
Jung Jung couple were cute after the slow burn romance but 2nd leads made me more weak in the knees. Something about their beginning related better for me. I especially loved the friendship portrayed between the Lavender ladies. Also, an applause for good-natured exes that I didn’t hate 😂
I just watched the 1st episode, such a cute period drama with amazing costumes! The FL is absolutely gorgeous and the ML looks like a more mature version of Chani from SF9! I’m liking it so far!
I usually avoid sad melo romance stories but Kentaro piqued my interest. I’ve never seen his work before and I’m liking the first 3 episodes. Such a novelty to view a masculine clear face contrasted against LSY’s feminine kbeauty
Today the first teaser of Lovely Runner Blu-Ray was released 😭😭... Happy Mondayhttps://x.com/lovelyrunner_BR/status/1840753233171755118?t=WXvnlDNbGHx4U_mwdJbIMw&s=19
👏I’m looking forward to more teasers! I miss this drama so much!
