I've only discovered Miura Haruma a week ago and he's a phenomenal actor. I'm having a lovely marathon session with his works, back to back! First, it was "Kimi ni Todoke", then "Last Cinderella", then "Koizora", and now "Taisetsu na Koto wa Subete Kimi ga Oshiete Kureta". If it weren't for this pretty boy, I would've never started watching Japanese dramas/movies. Le sigh, be still my heart.
I've just completed episode 5 of this drama and I'm completely mindf*cked with the epic twists and turns of every episode so far! To be honest, I wouldn't have started watching Japanese movies/dramas if it weren't for Miura Haruma and I'm so glad he introduced me to such amazing productions. I've only discovered him since last week and I'm on a Miura Haruma marathon!
I finally finished this drama after much fast forwarding due to the female actresses and their poor portrayals of their roles. Sorry, but true. I actually loved MCW in "The Princess' Man" but she couldn't act mean enough in this drama when it was required of her. Another thing that irked me is that she never changes her look throughout the 20 episodes when everyone around her has shorter/newer hairdos. If she can't act, at least show progress of time.
As for Song Joong Ki, he was superb (goes without saying), and was the reason why I remained loyal to this drama. Thankfully I did, because the last episode ended fairly well and made me deliriously happy. I gave this drama a scoring of 7, due to the great ending. I usually have issues with Korean drama endings but not with this one. This whole drama was worth watching.
Dark, sad and a good piece on the human condition in relation to greed/trust/betrayal and sacrifice. I had to…
You took the words right out of my mouth with your review. The female actresses did nothing to capture my attention. It made the 20 episodes grueling to watch but I remained loyal to the drama for Song Joong Ki.
I made up so many excuses not to finish this drama and now I know why. It was because the last 2 episodes dragged, badly. I had expected the ending to be worse off but it ended, although cliche, rather well. I give this drama a 7/10. MGY didn't live up to her character, I can't seem to put my finger on what her pitfall may be. I love PSH but his character, although loveable in the beginning, was annoying to me towards the end due to unwarranted stretches in the plot. Also, he needs to learn how to be a better on-screen kisser. Is kissing MGY really that awkward? As for the the supporting roles, I found myself shipping their characters at the end.
I finally completed this and I'm glad I remained loyal to it even though the first 2 episodes was like pulling teeth. I was in need of a PSH marathon after my discovery of him in Cheongdamdong Alice but the beginning of Prosecutor Princess made me almost give up on it. Thankfully, PSH appeared and helped make the lead actress more appealing for became her character showed depth and growth. I would recommend this to anyone. Side note: The way PSH carries himself makes me squee! ten times fold!
This is my first airing drama and I'm uber proud to have picked the most cracktastic Kdrama ever! I've never seen Park Shi Hoo until Cheongdamdong Alice and I have to admit, I didn't think that he was initially good looking but quickly changed my mind. His portrayal of Cha Seung Jo makes him so sexily irresistible. I can't stop doubling over with laughter because of him and his whack-job antics. Hahaha!
Episode 10's nuclear bomb by Cha Seung Jo made me squeal. I would have to say that is the best cliffhanger ever. It left me completely satisfied and I'm willing to wait another week for the next episode. The reason for my patience? I'm watching Prosecutor Princess with PSH as the lead male and he's just as loveable there too!
Halfway through the 1st episode was the deciding factor for me to drop this drama. The beginning storyline was so uninteresting and boring that I couldn't suppress my annoyance.
there's this scene that i won't ever forget: when one of the main characters wanted to electricute himself in…
Lol, I cracked up so hard when I saw this scene. It'll forever be imprinted in my mind and I feel sorry for the unsuspecting who will have to witness my random giggles.
Bwahaha! I've just completed "Full House" and you've practically gave a full synopsis of the Kdrama in those few words! "Don't be fooled by the cute. All they did in this drama was eat, clean and YELL." The ending to the story was enough closure for most but the multiple regurgitation of banter and cleaning throughout the drama made that ending non-sensible. In addition to all the other dramas listed here, I've only watched "Coffee Prince" and I actually enjoyed it because I was more partial to the protagonists. I'll have to catch up and watch those recommended here.
This drama actually started out really good but then it kept regurgitating the same drama between the protagonists over and over. I fast-forwarded from episode 12 onward because I was so uninterested in their banter and house cleaning. I guess the ending could be considered as closure for most but I felt it lacked any sense due to the continued immature actions of the leads. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of Rain-Bi.
I'm still awaiting English subs for this movie, please alert me when you guys see it online because I'm anxious for Kim Jae-Joong (I first saw him in PTB and he broke me into Kpop) and Song Ji-Hyo (I know her from Running Man when she chased after Kim Hyun Joong lol).

Hi there! I'm on episode 17 on Winter Sonata, Yujin and Junsaeng are related?! Why can't these two be in love, with freedom? *sobs*
Yes, I know what you mean. Bae Yong-Joon and his character are loveable. I still don't know why I waited so long to watch this drama. :)
