the ML was lowkey aura farming the whole time in the show.

not a shock considering almost half the dramas released this year are tagged with 'ai generated content' tbh.

'mercy for none' the drama really lives up to its name. the ML is totally ruthless to his enemies. leaving behind the unrealism, it had great action. tho i failed to get into the main plot deeper, it was a still good watch.

he was a side kick til ep 5. only in ep6-7 he feels like a major character ngl.

the last 3-4 eps were specially much more interesting. i absolutely have a love for the shows that make the audience question even the protagonist of the show.

ahh ig it didnt really end up helpful. did u enjoy it while watching it the first time 6 years ago? if u did, i'd suggest u to check out the first 8 eps as well. and if u cant remember, ig try checking out some of its edits on tiktok. i js find it helpful watching the edits of a show i find boring (it helps me gain motivation to complete it for some reasons).

tbh i dont think this drama is going to get u out of the drama slump.
but if u still are unsure, u can check out summary or explanation til episode 8 and then continue it from ep9. it might help u keep up with the plot.

after the setup of ep1, im interested to see how it's getting continued.

the story was ridiculious ngl. i didnt even get what it tried to convey? and the romantic built-up for the leads was utter bullshit. at what point did they start to grow feelings? they directly jumped from die-heart-enemies to can-die-for-you lol. and this all happened in the interval of one episode.
and why did they have to mention that the ML doesnt eat, sleep or 'feel emotions' lol it came off really awkward cuz it didnt take him much time to fall deeply in love with the FL.
again, the plot felt very convenient for the leads.
it just has too many plot holes that i cant overlook but yhh not THAT bad lol. it was watchable depite all its flaws.

hmm it wasnt that bad, just average. first half was going fine and the 2nd half was just bearable. it may seem corny but omg the story the FL was writing is even cornier.. idk who would actually think that it's a masterpiece and wouldbreak records lol

if the main lead has a secretary, we have gotta put trust in them for sure. the secretaries are always ready to put their life on line for the lead ngl.

why is it that every drama of kim young kwang that i watched, he plays a character who has some health conditions lol. this one, trigger, the secret life of my secretary and they are all the dramas of his i watched this year.

ig the makers are making what's the demand. many ppl js check out the same type of drama to prevent themselves from watching smth with a sad ending. playing it safer to keep themselves away from sobbing lol.

the action scenes were interesting asf. the graphics were cool as well. tho i wasnt much invested in the story, it was still a fun watch.

i actually enjoyed this one. i liked how they didnt put too much focus on the villain's story. i also liked how they concluded it. it was neither rushed, nor did it feel dragged. overall a good watch.

probably some shitty netflix usual strategy to break a whole season into 2 parts and then release the 6 months apart and then naming them 'season 2' & 'season 3'

just a decent watch, nothing really special. the FL continiously lying to the ML and regretting abt lying and blah blah really got on my nerves at times but it's bearable. she keeps on making the same idiotic moves cuz she fell in love with him or shi it's absurd and is dragged so much atp it just gets annoying. on the + point, the SFL had a really unique dynamics and personality. she was fun and interesting to watch.

yhh kdramas recently have been using the same formulae. finding something new, unique and actually good is rarer these days.

ngl but these days ive been thinking abt this movie a lot. it hits deeper the more i think about it. ig the title "josee, the tiger and the fish" clears what the movie is about. sometimes love isnt enough for things to work out. i'll probably check out this movie's other versions (japanese live action and anime) sometimes later on. at first this movie left me confused but with more time to interpret this movie got more meaningful. ig i'll be able to untangle each of my confusions i had during my first watch after checking out the other adaptations.
