not a good blend of mystery and romance but it's still a decent watch. i lost nearly all my interest after the third quarter. the characters at times felt incredibly stupid, but still bearable ig.

i had watched qot but ig it wasnt my type, i didnt like it that much. but u should give it a shot at least til ep 2 (as the eps are 1 hr 30 mins long) to see if u like it or not. despite not liking the show very much, i remember liking the quality, epilogues, osts.
pretty random but ur the examples being 'queen' and 'king' lol

rating bombing has became a very common thing these days. the same had happened to some other ongoing series as well. and the rating bombing happens from both sides. ppl creating fake accounts to raise the ratings or to drop them. either ways, those ppl are lifeless lol

them leaving the abyss with the ML reminds me of ryuk dropping his death note on the ground lol. the best explanation i can make is that they were bored asf and wanted some chaos in their life.

true. i remember loving the inner monologues of the FL in my liberation notes and wished the main 2 characters had smth similar.

true but other characters also having inner monologues will make it easier and faster for the audience to connect with the character

i wanted to watch the anime version this april no matter what but i ended up procrastinating it and i realized that today was the last day of april already lol. so instead i watched this version. it was kinda boring but watchable. idk if i'll checkout the anime anytime sooner tho lol

rich kids bullying someone to death and at the end facing no consequences cuz they r 'humans' after all. the worst school-bullying shows ive ever watched lol. and by the end of the series, none of the bullies even regretted their actions then went on living a normal life like nothing ever happened. one sorry from rian and kangha forgave him. wow. absolute trash tbh.

may i know some reasons why u liked it or why u found it meaningful? and some scenes that hit you right?

idk if its just me but to me none of the plot twists were that shocking at all. i had seem most of them coming already. liked the first 3-4 episodes lot but idk it went kinda downhill to me afterwards. not a bad watch tho.

true. i keep coming back to the MDL page and the osts. kinda sad that i rarely see people talking about this show lol.

knowing that this was a "censored adaptation of same-sex original work" makes it more icky for me lol. idk abt the webtoon but it's prolly for the better that at least in the kdrama they removed the 44yo gangster's soul in a highschooler x 18 yo highschooler ship, tho there were still some scenes of theirs i found uncomfortable to look at lol

well in that case it'd be better to watch an explanation video (if u dont want to watch the drama which will ofc consume a lot of time).
but i can at least explain for why the FL and the 2ML arent together.
the simple answer will be that the FL loves the ML and the 2ML confessed to her js too late. FL loved the 2ML for who he was in the past (for being her pen-pal) rather than who he is in the present time (cuz the 2ML had made the ML lie abt him being her past friend) and the FL started developing feelings for the ML despite him not being her pen-pal. 2ML was js too late.

the story of why FL and SML arent together? or a whole essay about the plot as well?

lets not talk abt that 😔 and this drama isnt the only one which i have planned to watch but havent checked out yet. there r some that have been in my ptw for at least 4 years

this is so true. kinda crazy of me to say this but ive liked dosan from the very first ep. i loved how this drama broke the usual kdrama cliche. FL usually choses the ML whom she had a childhood connection with, it's usually rich man x poor woman but it wasnt the case here. dosan here isnt portrayed as a bastard who is just too nonchalant to express his emotions like a normal human and hates everyone except for the girl he loves but instead like a person who doesnt know how to express emotions which felt relatable to me.
