The start of this was great but then it fell victim to the typical filler episode plot (I think it would've done better as a 16 episode series). Some of the editing was a bit choppy and sometimes characters did things that didn't make sense. The last two episodes were...heart wrenching as in it was a complete purge of all the characters you had been rooting for. I ended up skipping through the episodes to get to the end. The ending shows her alive but I think that's just the memory of her that's alive not the actual person as JQL buried her and they even showed her tombstone.
The celeb dads were surprised with a "Return of Superman" concept which gradually evolved in a hybrid of "Battle Trip" (visiting as many locations/doing as many activities in the cities they visited) and ROS. The children were oh so cute. Yingying/Debbie was the oldest and quite mature already with how things work. The non-celeb twins, Victor and John, wow they sure were two brave brothers! Going onto a show without their parents and basically staying with strangers for 3 whole weeks! Lucky is so adorable and her love for her parents is just as adorable. I hope the relationship between the Hong brothers get better; it seems like the little brother dislikes the older brother for some reason...and they both cry...a lot. XiaoJiu was the youngest one I think and definitely going through a terrible two spoiled phase (I hope so). Overall, it was a cute series to watch and based on the last episode, it hinted at a season 2 which I don't think will happen given that this was filmed back in 2018.
If you want a drama just to pass the time with no real "heavy" plot or drama development, watch this. The ML is scum to say the least and he suddenly falls in love in the FL? What a random change in personality...the ending was...open and a bit huh? But it's a happy ending so I'm content.
Started watching for ZLH (after his amazing performance in Maiden Holmes). This was an interesting plot for sure, and taps into what a potential future for AI might look like. Can I just say that Qianya's outfits were ALWAYS on fleek and in every scene she was in, she gave off that boss woman vibe? So cool, she might be my favorite character from the series. As a contacts wearer, I was a bit alarmed at the constant "recycling" of the Love Boys lenses lol but it's dramaland so I'll let it slide. Overall it was a very fluffy drama that didn't take itself too seriously
Fell in love with his gaze and charisma in "Maiden Holmes". Man looks goood in wuxia clothing. Following his journey and hoping I'll see him in more main roles soon!
I found the main couple to be so freakin' adorable together. The flirty prince and the stoic inspector (who gradually warms up the prince). Also FL literally gets to be together with her idol, every fan girls dream come true lol
AHHHH it's been a hot minute since I last found a kdrama I didn't mind sitting through ALL the episodes without skipping through it (sry Penthouse fans, all the screaming gives me a headache). The plot holds onto to you and you find yourself rooting for the heroes (yes Geumga Palace mafia is so cool) and despising the villains. I loved every minute of this series! Now how can any other kdrama top this one? I don't know man.
Yeah, I am also wondering that. The idea was interesting but the execution was terrible, the editing was chopped,…
The editing! What was that? Yeah I agree, it should've been a drama instead. Not enough time in a movie to cover what the movie seemed to have wanted to cover.
I watched the whole movie I guess the story is still unclear to me ?There were a lot of plots which I didn't understand.…
Same. The editing was pretty bad, the plot didn't flow well and there were so many time skips I didn't even know what was happening for what reason. I think they tried to fit the whole series into one movie...and it wasn't a good try
My heart breaking while watching this :( In the end he got his "revenge" but at what cost? He had a death sentence before he even got to live. I enjoyed the movie, made me cry...especially when Seobok asked to be killed
I'm so happy that Bo Yuan wasn't eliminated. I felt he was under appreciated. I'm pretty good with most of the…
Honestly seeing Bo Yuan again made me kind of sad because I had remembered that he was on a past idol survival show and didn't make the cut despite being in the A class. But I'm glad he's finally get the recognition he deserves!
so far i've caught up on both this show and the other idol surival show that's also airing and i can say that i think the atmosphere on this show is better. the mentors also seem to connect more with the trainees. i think that letting the trainees recreate the theme song in their own way was a great idea and it really let their talents shine! also the show seems to REALLY love the members of Intersection!
