Title Rebirth
General Huan is the kind of image I picture when her resume is a fierce female general who bravely fought many battles and led thousands of troups.

The time travel arrangement is rather vague and impossible. He vanished out of thin air and that's fine I guess. They can make things up ilke he ran away from home or whatever. But he is still in touch with the other guy (how is that even possible) and Woojin never bothers bothered to look for him during those 8 years???

It's so worth the wait. I'm on ep5. I hope it doesn't take long to reveal his real identity. and I hope those super long WuKong's phoenix feathers scenes don't cheapen the narrative.

Those two actors are not allowed to appear together on screen in any way, since Addicted Heroin. So it was a perfect…
lol I totally forgot about those TWO classmates.

Title To My Shore Spoiler
I have very poor memory. I dont remember they helped the kid and his mom when they were together or did they completely skip that part. Also, i dont remember XF's cousin(?) appeared before ep14...what made YSL to meet that guy in the hotel after he saw someone riding a bike? I mean how does YSL exactly know where to go? That part puzzles me.

I don’t know, but it feels like the screenwriter of this series is trying to build ghost ships. That scene where he attacked Feng Zhou and tried to escape, then bit his arm and Feng Zhou just let him do it to calm him down while soft music played in the background. The way he turned his back, the slow-mo shot, the crying... it was so bromance-coded. Even stronger than Lotus Casebook...And it's not just one scene...and the girls too.

"It's fantasy" isn't an explanation, it's a surrender of critical thought. Let me know if you have a real one. Seems like the writer of the show obviously lacks "critical thinking".

can someone explain how does someone enter someone's memory and physically time travel back to the past while physically laying in the bed at present time at the same time???

Title Mobius
is the main plot of the drama based on the Moma case? except for the few other cases sprinkled here and there…
The first case (bank robbery) was just for introductory case so that the viewers understand how the time-loops work. All the remainings are tied to Moma.

wait... is Nut's character supposed to be a transwoman? That's in my Eng Sub. or is it bad AI sub?
I don’t think he’s trans (though I could be wrong), but the Thai word he uses, กะเทย (kathoey), can refer both to transgender women and to very effeminate gay men (often translated as ā€œladyboyā€).

Am I the only one who's being weirded out by the author of the webtoon that this series was adapted from? Like,…
I agree with you. He or she shouldn’t have signed something they weren’t satisfied with in the first place. Sabotaging or boycotting the show just because they didn’t get what they wanted comes across as childish. One of earlier reasons being no politics in the adaptation (how would they know the show isnt even out yet)...and we're at ep6, and I'd say it has enough politic to keep me engaged and I'm glad bcoz too much politics will put me to sleep. People keep blaming Change2561 for altering the novel, claiming they gonna ā€œruinā€ the beloved novel like they did to Pit Babe, but the production team has every right to make changes they see fit. I’m glad the show is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

Review Reset
Omg this is exactly how I feel! Amidst so many positive reviews I thought I was the odd one focusing too much…
Exactly! I wasn't in awe like what others are swooning over. The same thing happened with previous Thai BLs like Jack and Joker, The Next Prince, My Golden Blood, Boy Next World... and the list goes on. lol

It is a very good drama. Personally, loved it more than The Prisoner of Beauty. Liu Yu Ning was exceptional. However,…
She’s perfect for this role. For once, we get a normal girl in a C-drama:silly, goofy, and relatable. Some people were disappointed because they were expecting the usual hyper-idealized female leads....the ā€œgeniusā€ who can do everything: outsmart anyone, fight like a pro, and learn advanced calculus in five minutes, all while being pursued by a pack of brilliant, handsome guys.
On A Dream within a Dream Aug 22, 2025
I can understand why some viewers might struggle with this drama at first. I almost dropped it myself after the opening episode. Coming straight from The Prisoner of Beauty, I needed a moment to recalibrate and get used to the idea of transmigrating into a scripted fictional world where FL is playing a scripted character. (But I stayed because I really enjoyed "Extraordinary You" and the synopsis sorta reminds me of that)

I am glad I stayed with it, because what followed was an unexpectedly rewarding experience. The writing stood out as carefully constructed, with intrigue layered throughout and clever use of chaos and misunderstanding, particularly around the masked hero, Li Shi Liu. That storyline alone kept me invested, showing how well the narrative was planned from the very beginning.

It would not be fair to compare this drama directly with TPOB. Although the two may appear to belong to the same genre, they operate on very different aesthetics and tones. Where TPOB has a certain grandeur, this series succeeds through sharp storytelling, playful twists, and its distinctive thematic approach.

I would encourage viewers to approach it with an open mind, rather than holding on to rigid expectations of what a historical drama should look like. If you do, you will discover a work of striking creativity. For me, it was thoroughly enjoyable from beginning to end. Oh and dont forget to watch extra scenes after the end credits on the last episode.

Nah. I rated it high because I thought it was a really good drama. If you look at my profile, I’ve seen a lot…
Did you check them yourself?! What makes you think that I am assuming? You are the one who is assuming here. Make sure you're flawless before you clock me. Here are a few, you can go check the rest yourself. I am not going to waste any more of my time on something trivial. These profiles have little to no activity (meaning they are only used to troll or fake vote) and were created around the time it started to air. And that's not including the ones that didn't write the reviews. If you like the series, that's fine...I have nothing against people who genuinely like the show, but don't be clocking people in the comments day in and day out.
