I haven’t started the episode yet, but the trailer has already left a strong impression on me. The editing and cinematography are strikingly well-crafted, and the characters feel nuanced and authentic (small details, like Fou4Mod wiping away his crush’s name(?) from the stairs with his butt, really resonated with me). It’s refreshing to see a coming-of-age story that feels genuine and thoughtfully executed, rather than just another formulaic, profit-driven series. The effort and artistry behind it are truly commendable.
That’s how love scenes should be—slow, sensual, and dripping with desire. The build-up, the chemistry, the way emotions intertwine with every touch—it hits. Not just some empty, mechanical NC scene, but something that makes you feel it deep. It’s been a while since I’ve seen one that actually leaves a mark. Props to the production for keeping the focus back on where it should be—on ThamePo and that undeniable, electric connection, not some watered-down ‘ThamePo & Friends’ detour.
Sei is probably lying in bed, the soft sound of rain tapping against the window, lost in thought about Kazuaki. It’s one of those moments when time feels suspended—the quiet intimacy of a rainy day allowing you to feel someone’s presence beside you, even when they’re not physically there. (Ya know, the back door was closed for business for quite a long time. The door may have been jammed, iykyk.) like Sei had mentioned him before—it felt almost like being a virgin again, that unfamiliar but exciting feeling of longing. And then there’s Kazuaki, checking in to make sure Sei is physically okay. (His raw passion, I might add, several times over, may have hurt poor Sei, even though he was constantly checking on him during.) There’s something undeniably sweet about the way he cares. 😊
Junn’s true intentions are unclear: Was he deliberately trying to pull Thame and Po closer, or did he back off from pursuing Po because he knew he couldn’t compete? It’s hard to tell if he’s just that good at hiding his feelings for Po or if he genuinely wanted to push Thame toward him. Maybe he’s a master at masking his emotions, or maybe those actions were sincere. Either way, the line between strategy and sincerity feels blurred, leaving us guessing what was real and what was just clever maneuvering. But i do agree with Nano, they (Junn and Po) have chemistry. Also, Thame, you have got to stop asking questions like "Can I watch this movie in your room tonight?"...the slut in me will immediately interpret it like, "yo, let's Netflix and chill in your room tonight." 😉
Just started. I was low key annoyed by ARP's charater in The Blood of Youth so i was kinda hesitant to start this series but i couldn't resist Bai Lu. I like his character here...maybe because of how they beat his mug here and he is cold, dark and mysterious.
Baek Eui Yong is not the President of South Korea. He's going to run as a candidate for President in the upcoming…
But still, the same goes towards to future candidates...maybe not be as tight, but don't you think there should you some type of security measure taken place to protect the candidates? Would you open an unknown box in front of the Press? Lol...i know it's drama logic k drama writers do it a lot.
Why is there Zero security at THE President's house?! and they thought it was a good idea to open a package that was not pre-screened right in front of the press?
IT IS. Did you read? Nekocap is an open source browser extension. it uses YOUTUBE videos from One31 channel and append external subtitle over it. if you don't know it, do your research first before slandering.
Ep.23 i don’t understand why those lord lai’s followers blamed Fan xian for lord lai’s death? Didn’t they…
They know Lai dug his own grave by going after the emperor but it would be wrong to blame the dead for what he did. they needed someone to hate and it's not the emperor.
I really wish they'd expand the FL's role. This is a waste of Li Qin
I don't think this story has a FL. Wan Er is more of a support role than a lead role. It has been that way since S1. Romance is very minimal. Of course, I would have loved to see more of WanEr and RouRou scenes but I think we are getting there.
I thought he wanna save Phupha by getting close to him and then telling him what's gunna happen...but instead, b!tch went ahead and attempt to drown him 🤣
K-BLs were very much a thing then with shows like To My Star and You Make Me Dance, but I get what you're saying.…
right. There were only a few of them...and they were very short too. I remember waiting for a 15min episode for a week. The longest I've seen is 25min top. That's why I want "Love in the Big City" to do extremely well when it's out.
"At a Distance, Spring is Green" was straight-washed, too. But K-BLs weren't a thing at that time and BL was just starting to gain momentum globally. Not a lot of people called out the drama for stripping queer artistry. People leaving positive reviews till this day. It will be interesting to see how it turns out this time around.
Also, Thame, you have got to stop asking questions like "Can I watch this movie in your room tonight?"...the slut in me will immediately interpret it like, "yo, let's Netflix and chill in your room tonight." 😉
