romcom or not, I am positive that both Lee Joon Gi and Seo Ye Ji will be amazing in this drama. I actually prefer these two actors in more serious roles (e.g. LJG in Moon Lovers and SYJ in Save Me).
I'm about to read my very first webtoon ever, thanks to your awesome article :))) chose Dice bc the plot sounds like something I would enjoy (games, psych, dark stuff).
I loved Remember!! although I felt that Defendant's plot was a bit tighter, Remember left a much deeper impression on me. I seriously teared up in the last ep (which was a surprise bc I'm not much of a crier). simply put, both are solid kdramas and I enjoyed both immensely :-)
okay, I may be a bit biased (Reply 1988 is my all-time fav kdrama xD), but Prison Playbook speaks for itself. You did an amazing job summing up all the great things about this drama, Elle! I started Prison Playbook when 12 eps were out, but I literally finished them in two days. which means i need to wait forever for subs. rip me.
but anyways. if you're hesitating to start this gem bc of the super long episodes, push that thought aside and just watch this. you won't regret it ;-)
p.s. I love Looney. this drama makes me feel like I'm on drugs lmao
thankfully, I haven't watched any of these dramas yet xDD but I have watched a couple where the main guy is a jerk. it pisses me off when the main guy is selfish and cruel. I'm not saying that all 'bad boys' are bad tho. there are a few characters I really liked, such as Baek In Ho from CITT and Wang So from Moon Lovers, but that's probably because they're not as... intense loll
hilarious and informative article as usual, bro ;-)))
thanks for reading! I personally think I gave the dramas I dropped a lot of leeway. of all the dramas I listed…
in all honesty, I did expect all this backlash xD I'm literally bashing the most popular 2017 kdramas and people will definitely hate me for that. I admit that some of my points were a bit vague, but I think I got my points across pretty solidly, considering the fact that I wasn't trying to give out any spoilers.
these kinds of articles actually DO get a lot of backlash here on mdl, and a part of that reason is because it's harder to get a negative point across compared to a positive one...
thanks for your suggestion of being more specific. I'll keep that in mind while writing my next article ^_^

p.s. Lee Joon Gi would've been PERFECT for the mc. his English is damn hot and his acting skills are daebak.
I was studying, but I hopped onto mdl to check out the articles. bai ^_^
I was just reviewing the parts of the brain for my hw. coincidence? I rate pretty closely to the score on the drama's mdl page... most of the time :]
pls write moreeee (<--thirsty for non-homework reading)
now I'm even more interested in the drama... thanks for this great list! :)))
I just finished the first season in four days and now I'm so pumped for the second season.
Detective Ha and Ahjumma, fighting!!!
I hope Prison Playbook gets the bromance award for the 2018 kdrama awards :)))
