I didn’t feel like it as sappy at all. I think it was natural as Nozue finally realized he was also in love and they could be together. Togawa has always been head over heels for Nozue but had to control himself as he didn’t know how Nozue would react if he knew.
Now that they can be together and both accepted their feelings freely, they can act as their heart desires. this show is about growing and enjoying small things. the Nozue from the past would never be able to allow himself to enjoy that moment of happiness but Togawa changed him.
Unfortunately this is as bad as people are saying. I hoped for the best but this isnt it.
So jiwoo mistreats kang seo the whole season and everything is solved in the end and we get a happily ever after? Even the second couple with the CEO doesnt make sense. The ending would be beautiful if ep 5-7 weren't pure suffering and humiliation. I'm done with this.
The cutting/edition is also quite weird. It wasn't clear when a scene was from the present or the past. Overall the quality is better than in season 1 but the script was weak.

this is such a great show. we need to talk about this more! the acting is amazing! the directing and the filmography is so good!
I needed more mature and deep story and this delivered everything. I hope we get a season 2.
