Tin was in a coma and I believe he was taken back to his home town (this scene didn't have subs so I'm 100% sure). So he wasn't dead.
Later on he woke up and Told and his friends didnt know about it. He might have forgotten everything but if that's the case, he could have read the diary he has OR he never forgot anything and went after Tol.
Meanwhile I believe Triage would benefit from having a few more episodes to develop even more TinTol, the ending is better than i was expecting. I was fearing the worst. This is not the kind of series that is easy to understand and explain everything so it's necessary to pay attention and maybe rewatch the episodes.
IMO triage was really good. The plot is so different and interesting, there wasn't a single moment i was bored.

I'm really happy they didnt decide to go for a crazy non sense ending like the miracle of the teddy bear. I'm pleased with the ending, triage reached a whole new level.
I din't understand much from the ending so i think i would need to rewatch to try to understand more but i love it, it's a really complex show
i was ready to cuss this series because i thought tin had died but he is ALIVE. Honestly i didnt understand a single thing of this ending but I'm HAPPY tin is alive. So how tin didnt die? why he didnt go have lunch with his friends together with tol? why he remembered told at the ending? so many questions!
