There is a sml who likes the fl. I find his competing games with the ML funny. He is more like a third wheel indirectly…
Ok so it’s like other dramas only, fine. Will see what is happening. Is FL taking any steps too or is the drama only dependent on ML for their relationship progression?
Chapter 38 his sister sends his old phone via courier to Ruan Yu and apologies that the 'poet' is her and used…
Because that's usually what every FL does. They are mostly inert in the relationship and are often lead by MLs. They can't even confess properly as even that had to be done by ML only. So it's good that we are getting an inert ML in this one.
He got a serious head injury and only starts to regain his full memory by the end of ep6. Fang Mu Yang is actually…
What about when he took her money without her permission just to throw a wedding banquet? His memories were already restored but still he didn't think at all and didn't even ask Fei Ni for her permission? How is that different from gambling her money away which she painstakingly saved for her university?
Well he's hurt his head and became amnesiac,i guess he acted really well based on your comment 😀

I’m usually very supportive of MLs, but this is the first time I’m not liking one. I’m on episode 6, and his actions feel silly and even somewhat harmful to Fei Ni. He is portrayed as too perfect, which ironically makes him feel unrealistic rather than someone I would enjoy watching. He comes across as overly naive, and that just makes him frustrating, especially the way he made Fei Ni spend money unnecessarily.
Spoil me something, did all the antagonists get their karma? Because I can't handle it when leads forgive them at the end and they are forgiven instead of given punishment.
I don’t know man after finishing it, overall it’s extremely mediocre. I’m surprised it’s rated this high…
I feel the same way. The script really did Bai Lu wrong. Overall, it was quite mediocre. What made it even worse was that almost every case ended with an unsatisfying judgment. After everything the characters went through, you naturally expect some real justice or revenge. That kind of payoff is a classic way to help viewers connect more deeply with a drama.
