Title Kill Me Love Me Spoiler
I saw a preview for tonights episode...mrjh told ml to call him big brother. They better quit with the brother…
I haven't watched the preview yet, but I think it's the translation's fault, as 'brother' (GeGe) in China can also be used between lovers in a flirty way, just like 'Oppa' can be used in two instances in Korea.

I read the novel long time ago. I think towards the end, both of them learn from each other and become better…
Yeah, my thoughts are changing too after completing half of it. Both of them had immense growth after some chapters. Maybe my initial thoughts were wrong.

Why did the makers even adapt this novel? Both the leads in the novel are insufferable and foolish. The FL doesn't have much self-respect, while the ML has a "princess syndrome," where he can't even use a washing machine. The ML treats the FL like a housemaid—this arrogant bastard—and the FL is so saintly that she does it for a measly 300 yuan a quarter. I still don't understand why they should have a romantic relationship at all. Before reading the novel, I thought it had great potential for a drama and was really excited for it, but after reading it, I don’t have high hopes anymore.

But wouldn't that be like other dramas where the relationship starts with hate? I believe they did a good job…
It does seem fast, but I think the flashback hints that they had some connection from childhood, which explains why the ML was already into her. It’s like they’re picking up where they left off, so I guess the feelings didn’t need time to develop—they were already there!

How's the schedule when will it finish ?
Every day we will get 2 episodes and it will finish on 3rd November. But I believe we will get express on 31st October so for VIP members it will end on 31st October.

I really love the schedule of this drama. No single episodes spread over 3 to 4 days, and we know when to expect the drama to end without any schedule changes.

But wouldn't that be like other dramas where the relationship starts with hate? I believe they did a good job of breaking the preconceived trope.

Guys, One of the writers of this drama also wrote Love of Panacea, which was a disappointing drama. I hope this one is better.

Zeng Shunxi? really? he has such a baby face. I think he looks appropriate for his age. The ML from The double…
Elvis Han is definitely 🔥! I completely agree. I’ve seen Fake It Till You Make It, and it’s one of my favorites too. I really loved how mature and realistic the relationship was portrayed in that drama—it stood out for sure!

Title Go Back Lover Spoiler
Can anyone spoil on the FL's attitude/actions towards the relationship with ML in the last 5-6 episodes. Because…
Let me say something that might be a spoiler. The FL proposes to the ML for marriage in the last episode, which shows her change in behavior toward him. While the character development isn’t completely satisfying, it’s still better than what we’ve seen this year.

Omg the drama! If people still wonder why FL doesn’t want to get married, this episode is the perfect explanation.…
Yeah, all the episodes are out, so definitely avoid spoilers until you finish! I’ll leave it at that and let you watch it without giving anything away. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the FL’s development, but it’s still better than a lot of the FLs I’ve seen this year. I’m curious to hear your thoughts once you’re done. And I agree—the second couple? Way better off separated. Their dynamic just felt too toxic for me. Enjoy the rest of the drama!

I think you should still watch them, but if it's boring, you can speed it up by watching at 1.5x or 2x. The FL’s character development really starts from that point and you will miss some imp plot points if you skip that.

I get what you're saying about the writers taking baby steps, and you're right—up to episode 18, she doesn't seem very self-aware. Maybe the slow pace is intentional to show her gradual journey toward that realization. I actually skipped to the last episode just to see the ending, and without giving away spoilers, I saw a somewhat satisfying character development from the FL. She did something I’ve been wanting from an FL in many dramas! But I agree the writers took too long to get there. Also, the 2FL felt really toxic to me, which added to my frustrations.

I totally get where you’re coming from, and I agree—humans are flawed, and it’s natural to act on defense mechanisms, especially when past trauma is involved. But at the same time, isn’t growth about recognizing those patterns and working through them? The FL is self-aware to an extent, which is why it feels frustrating that she’s stuck in this loop, especially when she has a supportive ML who’s constantly proving he’s different from the men in her past. I think the issue for many isn’t that she’s flawed, but that her progress seems stalled despite being aware of her behavior. Of course, no one expects her to deal with things perfectly, but it would be nice to see more active steps toward confronting her fears instead of passively letting them control her. But yeah, relationships are tricky, and the way she navigates hers definitely shows how much impact trauma can have on someone’s choices.

While the dad’s actions were definitely dramatic and manipulative, I think most people don’t have an issue with understanding the FL’s commitment phobia—it’s the way she deals with it that raises eyebrows. It’s one thing to be afraid of marriage because of family trauma, but another to use that as an excuse to push the ML away repeatedly, even when he’s proven his loyalty time and again. She’s stuck in the cycle of running, which ironically seems to mirror her father’s behavior of discarding people. It’s not just about having 'daddy issues'—it’s about how she’s letting those issues dictate her relationship decisions. That being said, the ex-wife’s roast was chef’s kiss 🤣.

I hated Shang Jue the most in the drama. He is the most irredeemable character for me in the whole story. I don’t understand why people like him, claiming he always supported Gong Ziyu as the Sword Wielder and only provoked him to motivate him. That’s like saying I hit my partner just so she can build resilience, not to satisfy some twisted desire.

very good decision..! however it's just crap..! not at all good..! I'm just looking for 3rd couple SQ & HSY 🥰…
Ah, I see what you mean! I guess I didn’t pay as much attention to how spineless he was in the first half, but now that you mention it, I can see why it would be frustrating. At least he had some good character development and redemption by the end, which is always satisfying to watch. And yeah, the FL in Lady of Law definitely had his back, which made their dynamic more balanced compared to the one here. It's always nice when the FL shows that level of loyalty and support!
