I don't think HL want to divorce her husband, it was more like a warning to his co-writer. She is still trying…
The co writer did not wrong her though

i havent seen this kdrama yet but because i’m on the kdrama side of twitter i’ve seen so many tweets about…
There is a lot of context missing, people are just not too happy about a kdrama with a younger woman taking care (in that specific scene I mean) of an older man without a stable financial life. It's a bit too realistic for them and they probably prefer the unrealistic kdramas with amazing men as lead (that don't exist in real life). I get it. SK women are tired of their mediocre men so then don't want any drama glorifying them + the writter has a habit of writing older men with younger women (both always struggling and struggling older man are not sexy to people haha). But the characters and their stories are written with too much depth to just simplify it as ''a 30yo babying a mediocre 40yo man'' imo. Trying not to spoil it here but ML is having sort of a rebirth in life and FL is someone who gives loves the way she never received it, so that scene was actually beautiful.

That would be out of character for Hye Jin though

I'd watch 100 episodes of all of the character's lives unfolding! It it so so so hard to make a drama with so many main characters without making a least one of them boring. But here we are. All of their story is interesting enough that we want to see all of them as muche as possible. Make the episodes 2 hours long.
The Jinman/Miran meeting was an incredible addition to the story.

You don't sound like someome who find that drama ''very very very good'' lol. Next time don't be so uptight about critics on a non finished kdrama. The signs were there. You just didnt see them.

MBC really did the writer-nim, IU, Byeon Woo-seok, and the fans dirty. They really didn’t deserve them. Guys,…

it bothers me a bit that this writer really likes to put an old man and a young girl together and in this particular…
I 100% understand what you mean but in this case this scene doesnt come out of nowhere, the FL's character had been well built when it comes to her wanting to be a nurturing person to do what her mother never did to her that in the end, the scene is not weird. Unfortunately in kdramas, men are always older, when women are older they are literally calmed Noona dramas showing that in SK (and honestly everywhere else) its the norm. Had the ML been younger, would you have prefered it (for that scene alone at least)? I think it would have enhanced the "women in RS are second mother to their men" even more no? we honestly can't win, women do love and nurture men more than they do :/

People are roasting the cardigan scene on twitter 😔 Like I'm sorry, I hate men like the next woman but why expect unrealistic relationships in a slice of life ? thats not your typical government funded kdrama that tries to use writers as a propaganda to have women get married and have children here. talking about ''grown ass man'' as if they're not literally in love and in a relationship. Thats not any grown ass man, that's the man she loves. She wanted to bring him comfort. ''What is she, his mother?''so you are surprise that a woman whose whole storyline revolves around her being abandoned by her mom and wants to love people like her mom never loved her, to the point of writing a script for the man she loved and throwing a rock at a window for the man she loves and whose purpose in life is to be a loving and strong mother, would act like that ? The concept of her creating a cocoon with that cardigan to help him have a rebirth in that scene flew over everyone's head. Is it weird that she does that to a grown man ? no. because some people when they love they LOVE. people are so used to watching kdramas with unrealistic men that they forget that woman are the one that know how to love. Is DM perfect ? nope, but he makes a depressed woman smile and laugh when she is at her lowest. they are literally all trying here

And when this end, what will we have ?
Our dear writer comes back every four year, like the olympics.
Another amazing episode. PHY really knows to write stories with multiple mains without one of them being less interesting than the others.

Are good writers that expensive that the kdrama slump has become the norm ?

Very true but Gong Myung still has the advantage because the writing’s making his character look good and KJU’s…
I'm talking about the characters more than the actors, I don't really care for the actors tbh. But yeah, I was talking about me here, idc about the other viewers either lol
still a good watch so far though, it passes the time

I mean, it's to be expected from the first kiss they had. You don't just kiss your boss after a few days of knowing…
he's in his drama queen era, next episode he's going to throw a few hundred documents in the air and exit the office like a star to protest his new position

Not to me T_T KJU is the vice president and he can have all the power trip he wants and I wouldn't be surprised because people with power get to do whatever they want. But GM is just an employee and his behaviour is too unrealistic. Kissing your boss after a few days of knowing her, antagonizing your boss' boss out of jealousy... I don't like the way they wrote him to be this impulsive when he's literally part of the audit team and should know better.

Ki- Jun fell in love with I-na and lost all sense of self-preservation. Why is he openly antagonizing his boss…
I mean, it's to be expected from the first kiss they had. You don't just kiss your boss after a few days of knowing her like a hormonal teenager. They wrote him to be unrealistically impulsive. Now they'll just do all the cliché jealous scenes that kdramas always do

It's not fair on Gong Myung to have someone as charismatic as Kim Jae Uck to portray the SML....
