Legend of Fuyao's FL is kinda like Buqi. Very cute but also smart and can actually fight which is nice.

Really great article! I have never watched a more perfect show in every aspect. Even incredible western shows like Game of Thrones and Mr Robot can't top Ming Lan. It doesn't have an over the top, end of the world scenario. It was a small-scale very human story set in the past, yet was gripping from beginning to end. 10/10 masterpiece.

Oof if you want a really good, slow-burn romance in a realistic historical setting watch the Story of Ming Lan. It's fantastic.

I would not recommend Ashes of Love. If you're interested in trying out a fantasy drama with this sort of style watch Eternal Love, it's much better.

I will forever be salty if this doesn't get a season 2. Also it HAS to have Zanilia, Shawn, and Kenny. I don't care if they change any other actor, but if any of these three are out I don't want it.
