basically first u have to understand that the alice in borderland was created to test the person with upmost survival chances and only the victor may live according to some theories and all these people who are part of alice in borderland have actually died due to an earthquake that occured in tokyo so some viewers believe that they survived and came back to life. 2nd theory suggests that the ending scene is a game of hearts and betrayal cuz they havent won the heart card yet. 3rd theory is that usagis dad the one who suddenly disappeared is the creator behind the game. 4th theory there is a mention for joker card in the teaser released people are assuming that the joker card is like the final boss that they have to defeat and they believe that its a combination of all heart, spade,clubs and diamond mixed cuz remember joker can take any form in a card game. Some also believe that the joker card is chisiya. 5th theory (this is kinda just my theory) but i believe that after they find the cards including the joker they will have to fight with game master aka maybe usagis dad or chisiya(a bit of back story of his would be given..) using those cards like a card game.
