I've seen all of these dramas. For me, except for Flower of Evil, none were really that exceptional for me. They were good but nothing I'd rewatch anytime soon. Nokdu, I couldn't even finish. So it's all just a matter of taste. The last few dramas I thoroughly enjoyed were all historicals except 1. Yanxi's Palace, Pillow Book, Love and Destiny and Latest Dating In The Kitchen. Re-watched all. K drama's been on the losing end for me lately. Except for One Spring Night. The King and Crash Landing for good, but just ok good for me.

You know? It's not okay to ruin the drama for those who were watching back then (3 years ago) and those who are only just discovering it now (present day). It's so annoying and disrespectful not to use those spoiler tags, for those who haven't seen it and DON'T wish to know. If per chance you don't know how, drop the one who wants to know a message, don't just blast it all in the comments. ..Sry..just a minor annoyance rant ;)

EDIT: I've since changed the above view as I've now watched most of it. It's an okay watch. It's such a matter of personal taste. It's not only a hard watch for newbies, I'm anything but; however, I certainly respect the views of those who believe it's the "mostest!" and "toppest bar."

Agree 100. NIF still couldn't keep my attention, but now that I've gotten so far into it, I feel obligated to actually finish it, whereas I didn't before. If only there weren't so many great, fantastical current, old and undiscovered gems to distract me all the time! I'm such a greedy drama fiend!

Ha! Someone admitting to weaknesses in NIF. Watch your back! lol. I agree with you on the cinematic aspect and actually since I commented, I've plopped myself down to it again and have gotten further than I've ever gotten before. I feel like I'm watching a lot of predictable plots but I trudge on. I happen to love all genres of Cdrama, happy ending, sad ending, action, rc , just cant watch the cartoons though. My fault for watching too much drama and becoming jaded :D

Ya they will regret and run. I've watched tons of all types of Cdramas..incl. every one listed here and I will never be able to finish NIF ..can't get past the middle from boredom. I no longer force myself, but...maybe one day - you know those days when it just jumps into your head while you're on that perpetual hunt, to give that drama you could never finish a 10th last try? - When that day rolls around again, die-hard Asian drama I, will try it again. I know it lol.

I have tried FOREVER with Nirvana In Fire and still can't see the mastery of the piece. oh well..I have to accept being alone on that one. lol

They should call it Slap and Slap really lol. I'm okay with the language now but it's still not one of the most melodic tones on my ear. I thought I'd try to learn the alphabet script in an effort to acclimatize :)

A thai drama that's reallly good. I'm not Thai and I don't particularly favor the language (yet). I don't like slap and kiss much either (actually not at all, there's rarely any actual kissing but tons of slapping), However, I don't give up Thai-drama, because of gems like this one. Good dramas are everywhere! :) This one has everything. Purest love, jealousy, betrayal, friendship, goodness, evil and forgiveness. All packaged into a very well written story played out by fantastic actors. There's chemistry everywhere. The plot twist is a huge surprise (like they should be) and it all ends beautifully. I agree with EVERY SINGLE ONE, including that last off-the-cuff mention of Six Flying Dragons.

A pretty good Cdrama fluffy romance. It has all you'll expect. Initial MainC dislike, misunderstandings, jealous rivals, evil stepsister, phobias, romance. The characters can get a little silly and annoying in the very beginning, especially the FL but none are overly stupid and its bearable. The main couples chemistry works really well . Its an all round entertaining watch. :)
