This most EXCELLENT movie had me shedding buckets of tears, something I don't particularly like to do while watching movies or dramas but this one was worth every drop. The acting was fantastic to the very end. So Ye Jin and everyone else went all out. The story was one I never new about but when you think about it, if there was a royal empire and if that empire is no more, it stands to reason there would be a "last" of everyone; so Princess Doek Hye was the last Princess of the Korean Empire, a burden that must have been extraordinary. Her story was a grinding one but very well told in this movie. I totally recommend it.
This drama is so good there's no way I can watch it in bits. I have to wait till it's over and marathon. What can I say? It's Gong Hyo Jin. I mean I love Jo Jung Suk too but Gong Hyo Jin! Rocks!
I just completed this drama and although I don't regret watching it in a major way, I found it a bit of a turn off mainly because the writers went overboard in making the lead female absolutely obnoxious for more than half the drama and they made the lead male look and act like a kicked dog throughout the entire thing. If there was chemistry, I couldn't find it anywhere. It felt like a forced friendship. Almost like Eun Young felt forcibly pulled and sucked into the main relationship because of the situations around her and Young Hoon. I didn't get any feeling of passion between them whatsoever. It's definitely not the worst drama I've seen, but it wasn't so good either.
This drama is SO FANTASTIC I'm at a loss for words, so I can't even review it. It has the feel of a movie. The acting is top notch. The actors are top notch. The writing is top notch. The action is fierce. Park Hae Jin - "Psychopathic Marvel" and my favorite of the bunch of bad guys. I highly recommend this drama if you're searching for a quality police/action drama.
OMY!! this is one seriously awesome show! Every episode so far from beginning to end. WOW. I have to leave it so I can binge. and this guy JCW!!!! jeez! ;) No way can I watch this in pieces. No way.
This is a Classic. Other than SJS and wasn't that a young Ji Sung from Entertainer doing some lines?, I found this drama not memorable at all. This is 1990's so yes everyone is much younger. It's definitely NOT THE WORST drama I've seen but I definitely felt nothing after watching it.
Although I've watched most of this list except for Pride (which I'm watching as I type thanks to you) I have to say I definitely agree with the order of your list. :) Marriage Contract is without a doubt to date the BEST Contract Relationship drama I've seen so far. You've placed Pride #1 When I'm done it very well may be. So far it's very good. Very very good. :)
