Getting cast in a main role in Soul is a huge deal for Hyunwook. From the WLGYT director and the CLOY writer, and starring opposite Kim Go-eun. I just love that he's booking these roles. ššš
You guys never know what you want- during 2521, people were saying they were tired of seeing him do the same ml…
What a silly generalization. I never said that then so not sure how thatās relevant to my comment. This is his third straight non-romance drama so people are free to want him to revisit that genre without you offering unsolicited advice about it. š
This whole aLLiGaTiOn thing against cha eun woo seems like an attempt to cover up something else and drag down…
Evading 20 billion won in taxes is not "harmless". Making up conspiracy theories to absolve him of guilt because you like him is harmful. The investigation will make clear the facts.
So I guess no Vigilante 2 anytime soon then! This sounds interesting though, and I loved what the director did with Weak Hero. But I can't lie, I wish NJH would do another romance again like 2521 š
Netflix's slate is pretty full and they already have some dramas lined up for 2027, so if they do decide to postpone this drama then they won't suffer much. I kind of think they'll just release it though. Tax evasion doesn't carry the same weight as drugs/DUI/assault and the like. But who knows, it's a big story.
Youād think that it is a given, if there is going to be a s2 of a kdrama (that is the continuation of the same…
You would think it was a given that Lee Jung Ha would be in Moving S2 as well but sometimes main roles are recast because the original actor can't/won't do it. Confirmation is nice.
I think Iām gonna wait and see whether this is actually gay or just a bromance before making a watching decision.…
It's romance, but it's always been marketed as an understated queer drama, not a "BL". So if people expect a romcom or steamy scenes, they should probably adjust their expectations.
I don't think Netflix will cancel or postpone this. Koreans may boycott but I doubt international fans will care…
Itās not unprecedented for them to cancel a release. They did it with the global release of The Match after Yoo Ah-inās scandal. Of course drugs are not the same as tax evasion/fraud, but Iām sure Netflix are not thrilled with this developmentāespecially if he kept it from them, considering he knew for a long time before he even went to the military and while he was filming promotional content.
This is misinformation. There is no criminal investigation. He did not evade taxes and he is not going to jail.…
Well it seems clear that the companies are not legit, but rather "paper companies" that don't provide any actual services, in which case it is both tax evasion and fraud. So we'll see.
