Why can't we just have a sweet story about a beautiful couple that fell out of love and find their way back to…
Then this isn't for you. Park Ji-eun doesn't write fluff. Dramas like these need conflict and villains; most people don't just want to watch sweet romance. That gets real boring and draggy fast.
I can't remember the last time I watched a drama with such a perfect, memorable OST. It's on repeat. They've truly made an effort with all aspects of this drama, and it's all coming together wonderfully.
Does this mean we will also be getting an extra episode today? So ep 6 AND 7? What does "Special one-off episode"…
There is a week after the drama ends before Midnight Romance in Hagwon starts, so maybe the special will air in that week, after all the regular episodes have aired. It is a bit unclear.
No, it was after it had aired. We also don't know if it is a "scandal" or just someone proven unstable in the past trying to get attention. They were label mates in the past before her contract was terminated/not renewed after her DUI, so her having old selfies of them is hardly unexpected. Whether it was attempted revenge for Gold Medalist dropping her or something else, who knows. Maybe she or his team will clarify tomorrow.
The TV rating for episode 5 is out: 11%. Up from last Saturday (9.6%), down from last Sunday (13%). Generally Sunday episodes achieve higher ratings, so we'll see if episode 6 will be up from last Sunday.
Don't force yourself to like it. That being said, I'm surprised you don't feel any chemistry lol
I know chemistry is subjective and all that but sometimes I feel like people could watch literal fireworks go off and still be like "where is the spark?"
I would have wanted Jung Hae-in to reunite with APS again, but I get he's busy with Golden Boy now. I'm sure Lee Je-hoon will do a good job as well. And I can't wait for APS's drama with Wi Ha-joon.
I sympathize with medical staff wanting better working conditions and pay but saying there's enough manpower doesn't seem accurate. Korea has an aging population that will need more and more care with each passing year. So enrolling more students in medical school seems unavoidable.
Anyway, I was looking more forward to the Wi Ha-joon drama anyway, so happy it arrives early!
Love that this is getting the Sat-Sun slot following Queen of Tears! I feel for the Resident Playbook team because the postponement is not their fault. But this drama always derserved a weekend slot. ๐
