Not "dang" but it may sound a bit like "gang" because the k is softer than in English.

I'm glad I read about this before starting it. Now I will wait until S3, where the main character hopefully will be the main character again. If the OG cast is sidelined again, I'll pretend this ended with S1.

I'm sure it is, but grammatically it's a very awkward way to phrase it. "Fantasy Love Song" would be better, or even "Illusionary Love Song" if they want to use that word.
