How did you know that they cut the part from the English dub?
I doubt it. I’m guessing they’re just being coy about Choi Hyun-wook’s appearance. He wakes up in the manhwa and this season covers the rest of it, so there’s no reason he shouldn’t wake up at the end. We’ll know on Friday.

I wouldn't mind paying more but when I see how Netflix/Western influence has changed the Korean dramas, I dropped…
Even for those who don't like the original Korean content on Netflix (they're very hit or miss for me), they are licensing some of the best dramas on TV in Korea for weekly drops, as well as having a rich library of some of the best older dramas (including some I've not seen yet). So I still definitely think it's more than worth the subscription fee for me personally.

Costs are going up, yet the quality is going down. Korean dramas are starting to eat its own tail. There are some…
That's definitely not true. With big streamers like Netflix and Disney+, we now have far *more* variation in terms of the production of Korean dramas for instance relating to genre and maturity ratings. We're also seeing more queer dramas on streamers like TVING. The only thing that's really repetitive is the tropes in romantic dramas, but that was always the case.

How did you know that they cut the part from the English dub?
If you watch the trailer again now on the Netflix app with the English dub, there's a cut right where the words"Suho's hospital" were when they first released it. So now Sieun just says "If you step foot near [cut] again, you are all dead."

It's "Weak hero class" season 2
No, Weak Hero Class 2 is the correct way to refer to it. "Class" is used as the season descriptor on Netflix. The drama itself is just listed as Weak Hero, where you can then select Class 1 or (soon) Class 2. So there's no "season".

Person Koo Kyo Hwan
Soon you'll be hard pressed to find a Korean movie that this man *isn't* starring in.

Very interesting how Netflix seem to now have cut the part about Suho's hospital from the English dub trailer after it blew up on social media. An accidental spoiler, it would seem. 🤭

no shade but they shouldve picked a dif actor for mr j lmao he is not cute enough to be acting like that and it's…
I don't know him but every time he was on screen I was distracted by his huge teeth (veneers?) and how his lips struggled to cover them whenever the character smiled his stupid smile.

if she had not try to save him from falling the tablet would have been broken anyway how is it her fault. also…
Many love Chaemin, myself included. Casting directors as well, it would seem. One of my favorite male rookies, and I can't wait to see him in Cashero and The Tyrant's Chef later this year.

He is in terms of Loveline with FL,Yoo Joon Sang plays the Boss&Mentor figure to FL, The Mentor-Mentee relationship…
Maybe the focus will be more equal in this version. Judging on the poster they seem to be selling the love line at least.

I love both Jae-yeol and Ji-won, but it seems clear Jae-yeol is the one for Bunny. Ji-won is giving more brother (or gay best friend - now that'd be a twist). Also Dong-ha has my heart too. Such a fun start!

I believe Min Ki is not main lead, but a support character. Remove his name being a lead. Making viewers think…
We're only four episodes in. Kim Hyun-jin is also listed as a main character, but his arc ended this week. It seems clear Hong Min-ki will be a bigger factor in the second half.

I'm starting to lose count of the number of kdramas that start out well in the first half and then the writer completely loses the plot towards the end. That said, I mostly did enjoy this! Great cast, mostly fun.

Netflix often posts recaps, but there will also be plenty of references to S1 in the new season, even flashbacks…
This is entirely irrelevant for anyone who hasn't read the source material. S2 of the drama is an obvious continuation of S1 of the drama. It follows Sieun at his new school, which we saw him transfer to at the end of S1.

It is a continuation, yes. It picks up where S1 left off, with Sieun having moved to a new school. There will be plenty of references to S1 as we have already seen in the teasers so far. Sieun’s trauma from the first season will be central in this season’s arc.

I've forgot everything on season 1, apart from book striking a face and ml getting transferred. I hope it gives…
Netflix often posts recaps, but there will also be plenty of references to S1 in the new season, even flashbacks by the looks of it, so it should be easy enough to get up to speed.
