If you are not watching, you are missing out. This is such a wonderful drama! Girls are smart, strong, beautiful, and competent to survive in men's world without connections. Boys provide perfect comedic relief. It gets better with every episode. ..."Husbands are afraid of their wives, it's a tradition passed down through generations" LOL
Want to try this drama because of the ratings, but the ML looks too weak/thin and almost with no aura for the…
He is perfect for this role. He is a very good actor. I personally liked him since the Love Like the Galaxy. Glad that he is finally getting lead roles.
I don't like Ester Yu's style of acting. However, she has an amazing talent for choosing great scripts. This one is no exception—such a wonderful touching story about friendship, love, life, redemption, and forgiveness.
She needs to work on her acting skills. Makes me so irritated as I think this would have been good.
After watching many chinese dramas I actually agree that they have way more good male actors vs. female. Plus it's a complicated process of how they match them up. This ML was unlucky - for the last 2 productions he had horrible FL. However, I saw an add with him and Dilraba in a new production. I have hopes it might be good
I loved everything about this drama! Lusi never disappoints! Her chemistry with LYN is beautiful. I don't even mind the ending. She got to live a long free prosperous life, full of adventures.
it's fabulous, not even one draggy episode and we are talking about 56! episodes. FL is awesome, maybe even too modern, she fights for her rights and beliefs. The chemistry between ML and FL is out of this world. The supporting cast is amazing too.
What an amazing drama! I can't believe people do not recommend it more often! The pacing is slow, but it flows like a poetry. Every moment is important, every phrase has a meaning. It's a beautiful story about human connections, families, love and redemption.
Shallow? Objectively she has no acting skills and killed this show that had a potential to be a cute romcom like My Boss or My Little Happiness; Subjectively I do not like the way she looks. She is way too thin and the makeup is atrocious
I apologize for sounding harsh but who cast this lady as a FL? No visual, no acting skills? The ML is wonderful, the second lead couple has great chemistry and Chen Hao Lan is a good actress. Even the Coffee girl looks more alive on screen than FL. So disappointing!
There is a major emotional infidelity from Fl's side.I am amazed at how many people try justifies Fl's cheating…
I skimp through your reply (too many words) - she told him NO about marriage before she realized she liked the pharmacist. She was not satisfied with the relationship for a while, was afraid to let go for many reasons (stability, parental disapproval, social norm, etc). Feelings for the new guy just gave her a push to end the dead relationship. And honestly - emotional cheating is a bull crap
"One Spring Night" is such a gem of a K-drama! The chemistry between the leads is off the charts, making every moment between them feel real and heartfelt. What I really appreciate is how grounded and honest the story feels. It’s a realistic portrayal of relationships. It doesn’t shy away from addressing challenges like family dynamics and societal judgment, making the story relatable. The pacing allows viewers to fully immerse themselves in the characters' development, leading to a satisfying conclusion. Visually, it’s lovely with soft, dreamy cinematography, and the music fits perfectly, enhancing those emotional scenes.
