I want to appreciate and give shout out to our FL! Her love and sacrifice for ML was right on par with him and no less than him. Nowadays with c dramas, it’s always feel very one sided where ML is always the one that loves more, fall harders, and will sacrifice, while FL is in lala land until it’s too late. But this drama was different and I sooo appreciate that! She loves him so much, and takes care of him while still being a strong FL. So refreshing to watch!

So original airing has it starts out as a misunderstanding and then later revealed the truth, but I guess during airing, many people complained that it was too confusing, so while the drama was still airing, iQIYI did some editing. So new version gets right into the story. Depends on where you watch it, you may be watching the original airing or the new version. It’s only different for the first 8-9 episodes, than right back on track. Personally I prefer the original airing. It wasn’t confusing for me.

Also the others deem SY as righteous since he “helped” them kill her. So they thought him Reviving the sect was to do good since he’s the new leader of the sect. It’s all rumored thou. Yes, he doesn’t look skinny to the point where it’s unhealthy, it’s just noticeable compared to his previous drama. And as long as he’s healthy, that’s all the matters. It just sucks that, that is the expectation for these actors/actress, is to be super ultra thin.
