Media is subjective and u can't expect everyone to enjoy the same thing God knows i don't enjoy alot of popular shows on this platform,but there is a level of respect to each show whether u enjoy it or not u give,read ur review ur basically mocking people who enjoy this, made for pursuit of Jade fans. Thats absolutely wild. I didn't even really like that drama but i don't look down at fans of the show because they choose something different from what i like. i disagree. Character growth is important. We need to see someone so in love with something it blinds them thrn gradually hating it. It's what defines fictional shows. But who knows let see as the show progresses

As i said before. I don't think all ur review is bad, you list genuinely good reasons for ur dislike for this show. But at the same time we are only 2 episodes in the fl can't go from obsessing and wanting to be an aristocrat in a matter of 2 episodes, I'm very confident her opinion on royalty will change as the episodes progress. I just think u can't judge something just from 2 episodes it feels premature

all the reviews on ur page are way too critical. They are borderline racist if i might add. Why are u on a page for Asian dramas, which everyone here knows about the cliche, tropes and over dramatic scenes. When you don't seem to enjoy them at all. Literally hate watching, breaking down every aspect of the drama except the story and point of the show. U don't like typical cliches okay. So why feel the need to comment on an entire platform dedicated to those cliches. Your over reasoning them. All ur comments and reviews come out as cocky and superior personality and arrogant.

Everyday i come unto the internet i am reminded there are so many stupid people behind the screens of there phones. The level of media literacy and using ur basic human sense to comprehend things has turned into literal ash. Thank you for your time and writing this review, i think it's very important to hear all sides of opinions on dramas regardless of whether u like or dislike it.I also think it's very important humans recognize sublimal messages and propoganda hidden beneath our glamorous shows. However i don't think this is the drama for this case. I think it's very obvious they want to destroy the allusion we have with aristocracy in this show. From our Leads both being trapped to live a dishonest life because of their positions in society. Our fl is desperate to stop all of that by marrying our ml. It's very clear at least to me this show wants to end up with a message regardless of ur position in life, u can be or do anything. They want to dismantle the obsession we have with royalty. Elitism, treating people beter based on rank they are actively tackling this in the show. But because u didn't wait for more episodes to drop and judged it at 2 episodes u can't see the end result. They can't challenge any virws u have when u have only seen 2 episodes. I implore u let's come back in 4 weeks and see whether ur review holds any weight in this aspect?

Unfortunately i don't agree. I respect everyones opinion on every drama or movie they watch here. And i can even understand the aspect of romanticize Aristocy but at the same i think ur opinion is unfair in comparison I would have actually thought ur review was good and non biased until u mentioned Chinese and Hollywood shows. While Chinese media is very dramatic focused you can't deny there are a vastful number of actually good Chinese dramas with sensible plots. Disregarding this and going with the broader scope of what everyone thinks Chinese dramas are is a little ignorant. People always have to defend non white tv shows are people don't see them as 'real' tv shows. It's the same thing we hear when 1 all Asian tv show gets popular. You complained about Aristocrat Propoganda but in return ur fueling propaganda on Chinese dramas and Hollywood stereotypes. So it feels like ur eating and dishing out hate. Even a person can understand that the aristocracy is being used as a background to conclude what where ur born in life dosent determine who u are. I think it's very clear this drama means to dismatle the obsession we have with royalty. There are a number of dramas on this platform i don't even like that have gone popular but I've never gine to an extreme end to hate them. Pursuit of Jade, I didn't enjoy it as much as i thought i would but i didn't feed into any malicious thoughts about it and waited till it was over to my ny 2 cents on it. Also what arrogant personality do the main leads show? I'm really confused by the statement? We see them as 2 people who aren't even allowed to live their lives the way they want because if their position in society. But even in my disagreements with you i can understand some of the complaints you have. Yes it is flashy with with plenty over the top scenes. But we are watching a drama of 2 people involved in an over the top world so it's understandable for the story.
