I will say these dramas are good.. but have cringe scenes. what I like ab l&p is that it feels like real life.. no cringe

There is a difference between breaking up and on a break but their story is so complicated that you can even say a break bc he went to jail.. so like i said call it what ever you want. i also stated the characters took that break up as a pause in their relationship bc he said they’ve been together for 7 years.. idk if you watched the special ep or what but that’s why i was saying this entire time.. lastly it’s not that important to have this many comments ab it. yes, they separate for 3 years.. do they stop loving each other ? no. do they date someone else?
no. was they separated by fate bc he went to jail and she goes abroad.. so they had no choice but to stay apart? yes. that’s it that’s all.. thank you for watching 💕

Also another pointer that made me feel at ease about lx using xu lina when zy doesn’t like her is how later he told her she will never be able to compare to zhu yun and i was likeeeee yeah period let her know lol

yeah i get your rant. i also hated how he had xu lina in it bc she felt like she had one up on zhu yun 🙄 honestly wished she would disappear but she got her karma cause old gao is horrible. even tho i know he had her to do it because it would be more believable, bc she never gave up on him even tho he was with zhu yun. ugh it still pisses me off cause she was so confident telling zhu yun she never liked her like girl obviously.. you’re jealous!! but zhu yun ate her up by saying she never liked her too. the shares part happened because if he left zhu yun the shares he knew she would put her life on the line for their company. the task to increase cancer by 1% and their way of development would be extremely tough on her alone, he didn’t want her to suffer. he didn’t want her in anything so that’s why he told old gao she was leaving the place to go abroad, that’s apart of why he pissed her parents off because they will continue her plans to go abroad, especially her mother bc she has been planning it since her freshman year. also yes zhu yun is the person li xun trusts the most but also the person he loves the most. he didn’t want her involved bc he knew fzj would target her next but gao end up being the mastermind and end up targeting zhu yun .. which was the main problem lx was trying to prevent which is why he gave up but zy stopped him, thankfully. i loved how she proved that she isn’t someone who can be threatened easily and it pissed me off that gao did that when zy was the one always trying to keep peace between them. Lastly, at the hot springs he was actually trying to keep his cool but he was barely holding on that’s why he told her we can’t be too honest. he was scared and created distance again but luckily she knows when he’s lying. later he says if she would have mentioned it, he would have agreed . I’m guessing mentioned a promise to make up when they were done dealing with the hard part of the revenge bc he kept saying to his friend how he will think ab it when everything’s done

it’s definitely about opinion.. on how one would define the difference between a break up and pause. people have different views and I understood the view perfectly from the person above. also im not trying to be rude.. more so im being sarcastic. also sure call it break up because i dont want to argue .. im just telling you what the characters thought of their time apart. ive watched this show 20+ times analyzed almost everything so my level of understanding is great so i will stop replying and let you watch the show. this isn’t a big deal but when you watch you will see why she said not really.

those suggestions you gave isn’t for this type of drama. this isn’t the drama with the multiple/exaggerated face expressions. also it doesn’t even fit the characteristics of hua zhi. zhang jingyi has never gave expressionless in any of her works.. her eyes speaks a million messages too. I promise I’ve seen expressionless and jingyi has never hit that list

bro they never said the words “let’s break up”. the actual cause of their three year break was his three year prison years. when he got out they were stubborn .. putting their feelings on hold because of fear and the company. they never stopped loving each other, they never moved on to someone else, they were with each other the entire three years apart mentally. they left each other physically but not emotionally.. that’s why the person said they didn’t break up because it’s literally not the case if we’re being honest… I would call it a break. the couple was aware of picking up where they left off because they reconcile and get married the next ep.. to them they were together 7 YEARS meaning THEY don’t acknowledge it as a “break up” so to US they were together 7 YEARS. you just have to watch the drama to understand. the real ones get it .. if you don’t sorry. hope this helps :)
