Episode 7 is really great ! There is so much chemistry between Tine and Sarawat ! People saying otherwise are really blind... And Win's acting is incredible in this episode ! I'm so impressed since it's his first time acting !
In episode 1: Tine has a "fake" girlfriend to make Green give up. His plan doesn't work out, Green discovers the truth and eventually says " I get it now. You just wanted to test if I really like you or not, am I right ?"
In episode 6 : Tine uses the "fake girlfriend" plan again but that time, Tine comes to do what Green has said in episode 1 (even if it is to test another person, Sarawat). I find it funny lol.
Yes, it is that scene ! I heard in the novel it is more problematic. However, taking a photo of you when you're in a "vulnerable" state and publishing it (without your consent) while writing "I'm reserved" is still creepy, I think. If my boyfriend does that, I'll break up fast, because that kind of behavior can lead to dangerous things... I love the series but better be aware than blind ! I'm just saying that for people who think it's "trivial" while it is not.
Such a lovely episode. Many people notice Bright in the show (which will lead only to a lot of broken hearts lol)...but Win does a great job too. His (natural) acting is shining particularly in this episode. Fortunately, they tone down the problematic scene (even if I still find it creepy). I hope they won't come back to it so that we can quickly forget it. For me, jealousy is only a proof of your uncertainty and your lack of trust in other people. So, in a way, I understand Sarawat reacting like that, considering how Tine used to be a "womanizer" (or perhaps he's still one lol). But generally speaking, someone too possessive and jealous (even if he is "handsome") with a superficial one (even if he is "cute") , it doesn't bode well for a "strong" relationship. But it's BL, we'll miraculously believe it'll work lol.

Argh ! This is wrong...But many characters are wrong too...Tine was ready to "blackmail" Sarawat in order to become his "fake" boyfriend too at the beginning (and he tries to drug Green too). I just hope both will grow up and be more considerate of each other.

I think both characters are not perfect too. Tine is using Sarawat for his own benefit. And Tine's ambiguous reaction to Sarawat very obvious flirting makes Sarawat hope for something more. So, in a way , I understand Sarawat's action in this episode (even if I generally don't like possessive characters) : he's fed up with Tine "playing" with him.
Please don't tell me in the next episode we'll have that kind of scene...why waste such a good series with a drunken "love" scene ? -sigh- Ok I'll wait and see...I hope I'm wrong...But what a pity...New episode was ok for me but I feel like it's not as good as the first episodes....Some scenes are really well-acted, others seems a little odd... Yes, unfortunately, people are like that. They will only see you as an "angry" feminist and they won't get past that. They won't hear you. They are deaf.
It's the contrary for those shows : distasteful but addictive, they can "manipulate" you as they want. People will not (or do not want to) see them as toxic because those show have something that pull you in and make you accept everything after (even the bad things).
It will be difficult (and shameful) for them to recognize at the end they have liked something "ugly" : can they really say "I like (and find hot) a portrayed relationship which is nothing more than a powerplay between a sexual aggressor and his/her victim" ?
No one. They would not bear it. They'll deny it. They will accuse others to be too "sensitive" because they are emotionally involved with characters who speak to them in a way (often unconsciously).
For instance, why are we so ready to forgive handsome characters ? Because beauty is often linked to goodness in the culture of some societies, so in a way, handsome characters can not be "that" bad. But they are wrong...You can be handsome, popular and be absolutely rotten.
That's why I'm saying I'm not sure your approach will be effective. You'll only convince people who are already convinced. And if you post here, in a way, you want to convince people, otherwise you wouldn't do it.

But I'm not sure that saying your ideas with such "frank" words will change the situation. You'll most likely antagonize people (and they will get defensive) : they are "stupid", they are "sick" to like that kind of show etc. but after that, to what outcome?
Perhaps, changing the "perspective" or the way to express words differently in order to make people (or at least some) doubt what they usually consume without thinking is a possible solution ? I don't know, but I don't think a direct and very "frontal" approach will lead to something.
