So cute, so fun

For a mini drama, I think the plot is pretty strong and really fun. I'm going to list the things I notice from this drama and whether I like or dislike it.
- The cat concept. I really really like it because they did some romantic scenes with it (Like when she wants to pet him. This was the cutest thing ever aaa). But it was really a shame because they didn't put many scenes with him acting like a cat. I understand why tho. I think it's because he is not really a demon cat? And probably also because the drama's concept does not focus on that element.
- The villains. LOVE. IT. Whether it's the ancient demon or the evil cultivator woman (I'm sorry I forgot her name T.T), they have a strong and clear motive to be evil. Especially the ancient demon. His story is highkey sad to the point where I couldn't really hate him. He just wants to be with his lover T.T
- The ending. I don't know what to feel about it. I really thought this drama will give me a happy ending, but no. It's not :"). The ending do make sense tho so can't hate it that much.

Overall, I give this drama a 8.5.

I have mixed feelings about this drama

I love the concept. Transmigration and the 4 handsome men. I even clicked right away after seeing the poster, thinking this drama have 4 male leads that will all fall in love with the female lead. That is not the case but that's fine. The problem I have a bone to pick with this drama is the plot. Tell me why the story went so off after the first half of the drama. It was so good and I was captivated in the beginning, but the second half of the drama got me so confused and no kidding I think I was saying "Huh?" 5 times every episode. The conflict didn't make sense to me, and even the ending is so weird. SPOILER ALERT! The male lead was dead no? But how the heck is he alive in the real world? So confusing.

The drama has such good potential in the beginning but it all went down after the first half. So disappointing.

I’m pissed

I’m not done with the drama yet but I really have to write a review to calm my anger. I only have watched up until episode 23, and oh.. my.. god. I’m so mad. This drama has so many misunderstandings that it got so annoying and I literally have to take a breather to calm my nerves.

Especially the part where ML got married with the villain girl and said all those really evil things to FL. It’s an act, yes, but oh my god why did he do that??🙂. I really don’t understand why he wouldn’t just explain his plans to her and avoid misunderstandings altogether. Then the audacity of him trying to get her back is just…..🫩.

I will grit my teeth and keep watching till the end and update back.

I finished it. And oh my god I am STILL so pissed with the ML. I really need a breather on episode 27 because I thought he actually just dunk their baby into the well🙂. I almost just quit right there and then. But thank god I continued on and found out it’s all an act. Welp😐.

This made me think tho. The fact that the story is able to piss me off may mean that the drama is good? Thoughts? If the producer and writer’s intention is to piss their audience, then this drama is great because I did just that.

In terms of story, it’s not that bad. Just a tad bit annoying. The acting however is gold. Love everyone’s acting here. The cinematography is good too. The hanfus is cute. The villain… meh. The ending…. not bad.

Initially, I gave this drama an 8 (i think). Now I give this drama an overall score of 7. Still is above average, but not that good to reach 8.

Really good at first, but feels draggy after

I was so excited for this drama and the initial episodes was really REALLY good. What can go wrong with this kind of trope right? I love the acting, especially the FL. she’s so cute omg. The ML is also great. The CGI is not that bad surprisingly. I kept watching because it’s that good and I thought that I finally found a drama worth finishing. But oh well… Something happened.

I think it started after the FL got sucked back in the divine sword and see her past lives, and we actually get to see ALL her past lives. Now this is the problem that I have with this drama. IT’S TOO DRAGGY. Up until the story of her second life is fine. But after that point, it just gets really boring and feels draggy. I’m currently in episode 16 and they are literally telling us the fifth lifetime. FIFTH. GODDAMN.

I really want to love this drama so bad because they actually have a decent story plot and characters. But the dragging just feels so agonizing for me so unfortunately I’m dropping it.

Am I the only one that lowkey thinks Phun is a red flag?

I haven’t finished this drama, but I notice something while watching. At least until ep 9, I personally think Phun is an asshole. And I much prefer Noh get with Earn ((whoa who said that ✋😦🤚)). This Phun guy literally has a girlfriend, but meddle so much in Noh’s business, acting jealous or whatever, even confessing to the man. He is forcing him to stay ‘single’— cannot talk to anyone or he will sulk 🙄. And yes, I hate the girlfriend too bcs she also did the same thing.

AND THEN, finally they broke up. I thought okay good now Noh and Phun can be together. Um.. Why the fuck is there a time jump to 1 month later BUT STILL NO PROGRESS TO THEIR RELATIONSHIP? Bruh. I might crash out and drop this drama.

Damn, it’s good

First of all, I really REALLY enjoy watching this drama. It’s a shame that it felt a little short to me (there’s not much on the plot nor conflict. Everything feels shallow and surface-level), but even then I still thoroughly enjoyed it.

Character-wise, I do agree with another mydramalist reviewer who said that Jaeyeon’s character doesn’t seem to really like Doha even until the end. It did give me that energy. Maybe it’s one of those ‘he fell first and fell harder’ type thing, but I don’t know.. I feel like there’s not really a scene where you can REALLY clearly see Jaeyeon’s feelings or when he truly fell for Doha the first time. Because for me, this scene exist with Doha. You can tell the differentiation in his attitude when he realizes he likes Jaeyeon. But to be honest I didn’t realize this whole Jaeyeon thing at first and literally the whole time kicking my feet and giggling like an idiot until I saw that review.

However, even with all this, this is still by far the best drama I’ve watched this week. It really surpasses my expectations (I have none at first) even with only 6 episodes, rapid plot, and a re-edited version of the shorts drama. Slayyy. Great job

ITS SO FUN

ITS SO GOOD. I never expect a season 2 would be this good. Initially I have doubts due to my previous bad experiences watching season 2s of other bl dramas. But this one, damn, this one is really good.

A lot of reviews said that the story is annoying, that Minato is annoying. But idk why, at least for me, he’s not. I kinda can relate with him being confused and avoidant of Shin’s very direct act of love. So that’s why I can’t really hate or be annoyed with him. Although, I do also understand Shin’s side. His own boyfriend always avoids his physical contacts and won’t say ‘I love you’, and this would probably disappoint and saddens him. All they need is ✨communication✨.

I really enjoy watching this drama. I see a lot of reviews giving less than 5 score, and I’ve read some of them. Although I kinda agree with them, still, for me this drama is still goated and I personally really love it.

SUPER GOOD!

Oh my god I haven’t seen a great mini drama in so long. My only issue is that the drama is unfinished. They say that there will be a season 2, but it has been 3 years since the release of this drama and no information yet on the season 2.

All elements are perfect IMO. The plot, the romance, and the characters are really really good. Let me break it down a little. The plot is so good. The transmigration plus mind-reading? I’m gobbling it all up bro. It’s so interesting and kept me curious all night so I decided to finish them all in one sitting (it’s currently midnight:)). The chemistry between ML and FL is great. It feels natural and I love their bickering. Naturally, I feel soo happy seeing the FL. She kept focusing on her missions even if it will hurt the ML. I LOVE that because usually in other mini dramas, the FL would’ve not done the missions if it hurts ML so it’s really nice to see something fresh and different. And the comedy is comedy-ing💗. All the characters are so funny and I was cackling every second.

I am SO happy to find this drama. For the people who have not watch this, GO WATCH THEM NOWWWW

Not interesting and weird

I can’t stand the first episode, let alone continuing ep 2-25. The first episode started off so quick. FL narrated the whole story, and I mean, LITERALLY the whole story. We don’t get to see how ML and FL’s relationship progresses, it was only explained by the FL’s narration which is hella weird and made me so bored. They suddenly just get close like what???? It was so weird.

Maybe I’m overthinking it. Maybe ep 2 will be better. But I just can’t bring myself to click the play button so I’m dropping this mini drama. I feel so bad because I actually love the actor. But I’m sorry I can’t stand the FL and the whole plot here.
