Pretty much the daily drama version of this. FL starts living a false life and falls into a web of lies in both dramas. The more she lies and pursues status, the more her life spirals out of control. The FL in A Graceful Liar is more of anti-heroine, while the FL in Anna seems a bit more villainous.
Both dramas have morally grey characters, a villainous female lead, a heavy focus on the entertainment industry, and they also both explore how far one would go to achieve their own ambitions/desires.
