I do agree with you, SML is TIRESOME! Past connection is also not interesting at all. What I want is more focus on modern era and ML FL interactions. We could have more focus on other character sidestories too. FL's roommate and little wings cupid seem interesting right now. The serial killer portion, if they can pull it off properly, can be intriguing but even if not, its still fine, its a romcom.

As for triangle, that would be the most idiotic thing to do and after watching last episode I don't think drama will take route, hopefully not.

Ok, thankfully episode 6 didn't disappoint. I was so close to dropping this after watching last episode. Actually, they, sort of, recovered from the mess they made in episode 5. I think writers also know that nobody wants to see those overused and boring tropes, we are all here to see some cute fluff romance between the ML and FL.

So, here's my opinion. I'm gonna continue watching, atleast until they don't mess up. Some people are saying they found ML and FL interactions in episode 6 cringe, I found them cute. The awkwardness shows how ML is developing feelings towards her. Also, for the first time, I liked dog scenes too, they were quite funny. I also liked other cupid's moments in this episode, the oldest youngest brother argument was hilarious. I used to skip other cupids in previous episodes lol. The mystery is sufficient imo, a romcom doesn't need some mastermind level mystery tbh.

I think even writers know that less screentime for SML = better ratings 😂
