To put the whole 'burner' argument to rest once and for all.
This is rated in top 3 on Netflix, will you now be claiming that there are bots or 'burner' accounts on Netflix now? Who exactly has that much money tell me πππ
Is it really so hard to believe that a drama has earned its rating genuinely? π
I'm a minority here. I know i will be attacked after I voice my opinion. I know for a fact that most of the people…
I think its the other way around, people are calling other people burners just because they rated My Demon higher. I saw it happen on a lot of other drama comment sections. Scroll down, there is a whole discussion about that.
What you don't understand is why this has high rating or high viewer count right? so let me explain, why's that.
- First Reason: Higher Global Viewerbase This is famous internationally not just domestically (netflix ftw). That in itself brings in a lot of new viewers. An article on MDL referenced this too iirc.
- Second Reason: Plot, Production, Cinematography Yes, you might not like it but doesn't mean the masses don't. The plot is simple yet engaging, production is extravagant and cinematography is spectacular. So, ofcourse, ratings rise.
- Third Reason: Word of mouth This is right now at top in MDL airing section and in top 3 on Netflix iirc. This leads to more people giving it a go, leading to more viewers(^First Reason), and further leading to higher ratings(^Second Reason).
I have no idea what ML is doing post episode 22, he turned into the shittiest asswipe I have ever seen in drama history. FL deserves better.
This series had potential, the story was a blast till episode 22 then it turned into a fucking nonsensical bullshit. They just had to invent bs tropes like second marriage, infidelity, amnesia and what the fuck evers just to extend the plot.
Don't watch if you value your time and mind, its good uptill episode 22 but then it tries to screw you over with nonsense plot developments. 1/10, Waste of time.
That's why we let episodes collect before starting a drama.....sadly, I bit the bullet this time and now I can't stop too πππ This is just too addicting...
Just a reminder for some people who need to hear this: A show doesn't have to be a masterpiece for people to enjoy.…
Isn't it actually the real middle schoolers who call others middle schoolers....like is that even an insult lol Its like your mom, your dad insults π€£π€£π€£
Well in his case, atleast, I think he went in expecting something else and got served something else entirely. Or maybe he was not in mood for romance series right now.
You don't find demonic dilemma, demonic contemplation and demonic viewpoint interesting? I do.
LOL jokes aside, people watch this for romance and there is romance. People watch this for fantasy, and there is fantasy. People also watch this for comedy, and there is definitely right amounts of comedy too. People don't watch this for mystery, yet there is mystery to keep them engaged.
Don't understand why the plot is supposed to be 'funny' when actually there are people dying here, there and everywhere. Also don't understand why its a 'shallow eye candy' when, looks aside, the actors themselves are delivering outstanding performances and great characterizations.
