su cheng cheng is admirable, especially after eps 16 and 17. she's well written but i think li landi's endearing charm also played into it. as for tang qi, yes he's not the typical cold and dominating ceo and i love it. he has his own flaws that make him human and thus relatable. both of them are just loveable <3

i saw that douyin video with the colors disappearing as su cheng cheng / "fang jin" went up the stairs ☹ even the lyrics of tan jianci's ost says 你转身离开 带走全世界的色彩 (you turn around and leave, taking away all the colors of the world)

ok the truth is here. even though xiaohe and zhenhua didn't do *it*, his actions cross the boundaries in a relationship. you can't just hang out with a female friend (especially one that you used to have a crush on!) so casually. if he informed susu beforehand and she agreed then i guess it's okay, but he didn't.

agree, there's never a dull moment. every episode is enjoyable and i always look forward to the next one! even the "filler" or "boring" episodes still have something good to offer.

it's been so long since i've been this invested in a modern drama... the last time i felt this way was for the kdrama goblin, back in 2016-17 when it was airing. flower of evil is a close second.
