I don't remember him ever crying in the novel, or if he did, author Tong Hua didn't mention it. The novel was written in mainly Xiao Yao's POV so it's understandable that Tong Hua wouldn't explicity describe how Xiang Liu or the other characters felt. Save it by taking a screenshot, or long press it then click save image. Then download WeChat and set up an account (you’ll need your phone number). After that, go to WeChat, click “Discover” at the bottom, click “Scan”, and upload the photo of the QR code. It should bring you to the LYF AI page.
The other screen you’re talking about seems to be the site to download the Tencent app?
The top button says “通过应用宝下载” (Download via App Treasure). App Treasure is a Chinese app store developed by the Tencent company. The notes under the button say that it’s safe to use and has no harrassing ads and viruses.
The bottom button says “通过第三方浏览器下载” (Download via a third party browser). Though I’m not really sure what that means… they’re just offering 2 ways to download the app. If I were you, I’d download from App Treasure instead because it’s official.

It's only available in Chinese. You can talk to them in English but they'll only reply back in Chinese, so you'll have to translate it (I use Papago app and ChatGPT 🤣). I'm not sure which countries allow or don't allow it, I'm from the USA and it works for me. Do you know specifically what problem you're facing? I'm not a techie but I try to help if I can!
