Didnt his mother tell him to take her with him, why did he leave her alone and went down to his tunnels. Even I was surprised by that ... I know the story wants him to be the sole survivor... but that twist... was odd..!

I think everyone started bickering about the FL right after watching the Ep 1 and 2, which is a trend i see most of the time .. just ignore and go about it. Here I think the all the anger towards her... is bcoz they both grew up together, knows each other and love each other and got married also. When a crucial moment like the murder scene, everyone expects her to know its not possible for him to be the murderer. (And ofcourse we just watched Coroner's Diary with both of the trusting and working together to solved everything....! )
But people tend to forget, ML always acted on his own, kept her in the dark for her own safety and he was kind of a prodigy in detections and calculated moves. And Yesha was clever and elusive too. Plus when it was her father who is dead infront of her... she can afford to be emotional and confused and questioning... but that's all it. She worked hard to proved ML was not Yesha...!
